    Have Pakistan stolen a wicket?

Kim Garth might have been stumped off a wide after brilliant work by Sidra Nawaz...

A lovely shot from Mooney. This is a good partnership buidling and we are seeing Australia lean more into it.

Mooney has been playing really well. It looks like she has been playing on a different pitch to her team-mates,

    Mooney 57, Garth 11

Gorgeous cover drive from Beth Mooney. All along the deck and the ball races to the boundary.

Going back to seam has not worked for Pakistan with neither Fatima Sana or Diana Baig offering much of a threat and the Australia batters both looking far more comfortable than against the spinners.

An expensive over from Baig so far...

50 for Beth Mooneypublished at 33.1 overs

    Aus 105-7

Beth Mooney reaches her half-century from 63 balls.

A crucial knock and once that could prove match-winning for Australia.

She's kept her cool as wickets fell around her and now has to chance to push on and complete this rescue mission.

I feel like Pakistan have to be aggressive and have to stop the twos.

  6. Aus 104-7published at 33 overs

Good running from Australia after drinks, they're looking to put the Pakistan fielders under pressure and it seems to be working.

What should just be a single out to deep mid-wicket turns into a couple as Beth Mooney charges back for the second.

Only four from the over but signs Australia are beginning to up the ante.

Pakistan know that every run is important because they know how good Australia are with the ball. If they can get around 150, they can win the game.

Drinks are being taken and Australia have managed to slow Pakistan's momentum in the past few overs.

But a quick wicket after the restart - especially if it's that of Beth Mooney - and the underdogs will believe again.

  9. Aus 100-7published at 32 overs

Excellent diving stop on the boundary by Natalia Pervaiz as Diana Baig, back into the attack, slides one down leg via the pad of Kim Garth.

Two runs saved but they do go down as runs rather than leg byes despite UltraEdge confirming there was no bat involved.

Garth pushes at single out to deep point to bring up the 100 for Australia. They are slowly but surely getting themselves up towards a score they'd back themselves to defend.

That is a big moment for Kim Garth and this is a good opportunity for her to bat.

    Mooney 46, Garth 7

Three singles from the over as Australia continue to tick over slowly. That'll do for them at this stage.

Pakistan's batting is not their strong suit so if Australia can even get themselves up to 130 or so, they'll feel like they're right in this.

Pakistan have had great control today and it has been wonderful to watch.

I mean this with the biggest compliment but Fatima has been a boring bowler because she has just been bowling stump to stump.

Rameen Shamin is coming back on for Pakistan. The off-spinner has taken a couple of wickets already today, including the most recent to fall, that of Georgia Wareham...

  15. Aus 94-7published at 30 overs

Fatima Sana continues and it's a tight over, albeit Kim Garth looks more comfortable against the seamer than she has against Pakistan's spinners.

    Just one from it.

  16. Aus 93-7published at 29 overs

Kim Garth is frustrated with herself after flirting with a ball just outside off, turning away from the bat from Sadia Iqbal.

She got away with it, though, and a wide from Sadia next ball adds one to Australia's total. They're all important runs at this stage.

A leading edge into the covers brings one more - although Pakistan won't mind it, it keeps Kim Garth on strike for the beginning of the next over.

I reckon Garth would've been out by a foot if Sana had taken that cleanly.

  18. Aus 91-7published at 28 overs

Oof, that was a risky second run after Beth Mooney clipped the ball through the leg side.

Kim Garth was slow off the mark and the throw goes to Fatima Sana at the non-striker's end.

She gathers but then misses the stumps as she turns and tries to break the stumps, getting there a moment later. Had the Pakistan skipper got there first time, I think Garth was gone.

    Let off for Australia.

  19. Aus 89-7published at 27 overs

Just a single from the next five balls of Nashra's over.

Australia are digging in, with 23 overs to go and Beth Mooney still there, they don't have to rush.

Plenty of time for Mooney to try and get the defending champions to a winning total.

Pakistan will have other ideas, though, and captain Fatima Sana is coming back to change things up with some seam bowling.

  20. Aus 88-7published at 26.1 overs

Valuable runs for Australia as Beth Mooney cashes in on a long hop from Nashra Sandhu, rocking back and pulling through square leg for four.
