My gut feeling is umpire's call leg stump.

Can anyone remember a time when Tim David actually scored some runs for Australia?

    Paul in Portsmouth

Diabolical review. David knew he was out. Players should get fined for time wasting and lose any DRS remaining. Poor.

England have continued the trend of recovering nicely in the middle overs after Powerplay stress. Despite their record-bothering economy with the new ball, they have gone at 7.5rpo in the middle this series - very impressive from Carse and the spinners.

It is an off-cutter again from Sam Curran. The bowlers are learning that these cutters are working on this pitch and stifling the Australia batters at this stage of the innings.

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 17.1 overs

    Inglis c Carse b Curran 42 (Aus 157-6)

    Two in two for England!

A cutter from the returning Sam Curran and Inglis mistimes the ball clipping square.

Brydon Carse runs in from the boundary and slides in under the ball to take the catch.

Why would you review that? He looked at the toe of the bat as if he definitely hit it.

  15. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 17 overs

    David c Salt b Carse 1 (Aus 157-5)

Spike on snicko - David has to walk off.

England clawing it back a bit here.

I think Tim David will be given his marching orders here.

  17. Umpire reviewpublished at 17 overs

Carse sends down a slower ball bouncer, it gets a little close to David and seemingly passes through cleanly to Phil Salt... but hold on, keeper and bowler are going up tentatively, and the umpire's finger is up.

No-one else seemed to notice, David looks at the bottom of his bat and decides to review.

This is the dangerous bit for seamers coming back at this stage of the innings. The temptation is to go full looking for yorkers. That is not the thing you need to do here.

If you do go for the yorker it needs to be at the batter's heel or the wide line. If you aim towards the stumps and miss you will get walloped over your head for six.

  19. Aus 156-4published at 16.2 overs

150 up for Australia, as Inglis continues his acceleration with successive fours off the first two balls of Carse's final over.

He steps across his wicket to turn the ball away to the fine leg ropes, then fires through mid-off.

  20. Aus 148-4published at 16 overs

Inglis takes successive twos, then turns Rashid's penultimate ball away on the reverse for four.

A single closes the over, 15 runs from the over - all for Inglis.

That's the end of Rashid, with figures of 1-35.
