That Jofra return reminded me of the return of Ian Botham after his ban in the mid 80s... scripted to take wickets as soon as he got hold of the ball.

  4. Ind 17-1published at 4 overs

KL Rahul pushes Jofra Archer's first delivery into the covers for a single and is likely grateful to be down the other end as the England seamer sends down five dot balls in the low 90s to Karun Nair.

Rahul got lucky - the ball he faced was a mere 88mph.

Anyone else feel a bit emotional watching Archer celebrate that wicket? What a release after four years of disappointment - and a fantastic ball too!

    Caught at second slip!

What a return for Jofra Archer. The England team are all around him and the crowd are on their feet.

What a moment. Sometimes sport throws up these remarkable scripts and you can't write them.

Cheers as Archer removes his cap. Oooos as the first ball is delivered. Another roar after the ball beats edge and now everyone on their feet.
