  1. NZ 124-4published at 26 overs

Sarah Glenn races through her over at the just the cost of a single.

Glenn drags her final delivery down, luring Amelia Kerr into a heave across the line. She gets nothing on it though and the ball narrowly misses her leg stump.

One blindspot in Heather Knight's captaincy is the sixth bowler. She doesn't bowl herself very often and she can have a golden arm, as can Alice Capsey.

  3. NZ 123-4published at 25 overs

Kate Cross bowls around the wicket to the left-handed Brooke Halliday and beats the outside edge with an absolute beach of a delivery.

Heather Knight is bringing Sarah Glenn back into the attack as England seek to torment New Zealand with spin once more.

  4. NZ 121-4published at 24 overs

Brooke Halliday is the new batter as New Zealand seek to avoid collapsing like they have done in the previous two matches.

They lost 5-53 in the first game and 7-26 in the second.

Maddy Green was hoping that Amelia Kerr would say review that. On the replay it looked like it may have brushed the front pad first and it may have slid down the leg side.

    Green lbw b Cross 5 (NZ (116-4)

    One follows two!

Maddy Green scored an unconventional four from a straight drive that rebounds off the stumps at the non-striker's end and away to the rope.

Two balls later Green gets trapped in her crease as the ball beats the bat, brushes the front pad before crashing into the back pad.

Green has a think about a review before trudging back to the boundary.

That is the tale of the tour so far: Whenever you feel like New Zealand are potentially getting ahead of the game then a wicket tends to fall.

  9. NZ 111-3published at 22 overs

It was a brilliant delivery by Lauren Bell with significant deviation into Sophie Devine, who looked to the heavens in frustration as her bails flew into the air.

Maddy Green is the new batter and immediately gets off the mark with a drive down the ground for a single.

That is a brilliant piece of bowling from Lauren Bell. She just put it on a length and got the ball to move back in and that meant the cut shot wasn't on.

That is a big breakthrough. England really needed it because New Zealand were looking good. That will be a big relief for England and Heather Knight.

That is a crucial wicket, just at the right time, for England.

  12. wicket

    Devine b Bell 43 (NZ 109-2)

    Big wicket!

Lauren Bell returns to the attack and strikes straight away.

It shapes in towards Sophie Devine who is cramped for room as she attempts the cut and can only chop onto her stumps.

New Zealand have to be looking at least 210-220. If these two can bat for another five or 10 overs they could really take the game away from England.

They haven't been able to put England under any pressure with the ball in this series because of the low totals the hosts have been chasing. They are in a better position to be able to do that.

  14. NZ 109-2published at 21 overs

It looks like summer may have broken out again in Bristol, with sunshine and a touch of blue sky overhead.

England bring Kate Cross back to try and break this partnership but there's no real scares for New Zealand, who comfortably run three singles.

  15. Postpublished at 16:00 British Summer Time 3 July

    Thanks, Mike.

New Zealand are looking as comfortable with the bat as they have all series. Their tendency to collapse though means Sophie Devine and Amelia Kerr will want to stay out there a bit longer.

  16. NZ 106-2published at 20 overs

Kerr knocks Dean towards square to bring up New Zealand's hundred, before Devine again picks up four with a drive through the covers.

39 runs from the last five overs. To see if New Zealand can keep that up, here's Tom Mallows.

That is the 50 partnership between Sophie Devine and Amelia Kerr. Only the second 50 partnership for New Zealand this series.

  18. NZ 99-2published at 19 overs

Sophie Devine seems to like the bowling of Sarah Glenn - she brings up the fifty partnership with another drive through the covers for four, before a short delivery sits up nicely and is absolutely crashed to the mid-wicket boundary.

  19. NZ 89-2published at 18 overs

A second boundary for Kerr, guiding a wide-ish delivery from Dean down to the boundary at third.

Couple more singles to finish the over.

Sophie Devine and Amelia Kerr are targeting Sarah Glenn. They have struggled to get Charlie Dean away. She has been fantastic this series. But as soon as Glenn came on they have put away any loose bowling.
