That was one of the easiest chances of a catch that you will see, it just slipped out of his hands.

  2. dropped catch

Sunil Narine should have a wicket - but Mitchell Starc shells it at long on!

It is a huge heave skyward from Cummins and Starc barely has to move to get into position to snaffle it, but the ball somehow squirms from his grasp and onto the turf.

  3. SRH 90-8published at 15 overs

Sunil Narine looks very serious as he returns to the attack. He is 0-7 from his two overs so far, can he finish this SRH innings off?

It looks like the record of the lowest scoring IPL final at 125 (KKR) is going to be broken tonight.

    Absolutely shocking review.

  6. Not outpublished at 14.3 overs

Yep going down leg. Jaydev Unadkat survives.

  7. KKR reviewpublished at 14.3 overs

KKR go for a hugely optimistic review for lbw after Harshit Rana beats new batter Jaydev Unadkat's defences.

This will be given not out.

The glummest expression on the face of the Sunrisers' owner.

Another good slower delivery, Klaasen just didn't wait long enough on that, the off-cutter just hit the side of the bat and straight into the wickets.

    Huge wicket!

Harshit Rana returns to the attack and strikes first ball. It is a fuller, slower delivery outside off stump that lures Heinrich Klaasen into an expansive drive, with the ball hitting his inside edge and cannoning onto the stumps.

The way KKR have bowled has been fabulous, they've learnt what they need to do on this pitch.

  12. SRH 90-7published at 14 overs

Another boundary for Pat Cummins with a scoop over the wicketkeeper's head. The Aussie skipper is no mug with the bat.

Heinrich Klaasen think he has a boundary too as he forces the ball through the covers, but a brilliant diving stop from Ramandeep Singh restricts him to two.

It has been a brilliant all-round display from KKR so far.

  13. SRH 82-7published at 13 overs

Skipper Pat Cummins comes out to join Heinrich Klaasen and immediately gets off the mark with a cut through backward point for four.

There are some pretty grumpy looking SRH fans in the crowd. This has not gone to plan.

That was another great delivery, Samad didn’t really need to play that shot, he’s not really had an impact with the bat.

All the pressure is now on Klaasen.

    Edge. Out.

Abdul Samad's introduction as an Impact Player doesn't work as he fishes at an Andre Russell delivery outside off stump and feathers through to Rahmanullah Gurbaz behind the stumps.

It is possible for Sunrisers to bring it back, with the pressure of the big stage you never know what could happen.

  17. SRH 74-6published at 12 overs

Abdul Samad comes to middle as an Impact Player in place for Travis Head.

SRH need something pretty special to scramble up to a competitive score.

Really well bowled top spinner, pretty simple catch. KKR must be over the moon.

    And another!

Shahbaz Ahmed attempts a slog-sweep off leg-spinner Varun Chakravarthy but gets it horribly wrong and the ball loops up to Sunil Narine for a routine catch at short fine leg.

  20. SRH 70-5published at 11 overs

A touch of fortune for new batter Shahbaz Ahmed as he mistimes a pull and the ball fizzes off the top edge over the wicketkeeper's head for six.

Sunrisers Hyderabad will take any runs they can get at the moment.
