We saw a hint of turn from Bashir on day one, and then the killer ball that skidded along the ground.
But Jayasuriya hasn't made much happen, the Brook wicket really did come from nowhere.
Just the single from Jayasuriya's next over, with Smith pushing him to mid-wicket.

John Petrie: There is no problem with Smith at 6 - he is a genuine all-rounder, but Woakes is more of an 8 so a long tail. In the post-Stokes era (whenever that is) we might need a bowling all-rounder at 7 - Sam Curran?
Fair point, John, although Woakes has a better Test batting average than Curran - 27.76 to 24.69.
Your point stands though, as Woakes is 35, and is likely to exit the stage prior to the 33-year-old Stokes.
Woakes has first runs of the innings, picking up a three in the off side off Asitha Fernando.
