We will be back tomorrow for the last match of the T20 series between England and Pakistan men. That one is live on BBC Two, BBC iPlayer and the BBC Sport website from 18:15 BST. Fingers crossed the rain stays away (we'd advise against checking the forecast!).

England captain Heather Knight: "Really pleased with how we played today, we were disappointed after Derby but today was a complete performance.

"We wanted to win, we’ve talked about being ruthless and we’ve done that today. A few people working on things have managed to put it into practice, one of our best ODI performances.

"It's hard to critique, the depth we've got is phenomenal, it's hard to leave high-quality players on the bench."

  4. 'I just came to enjoy it'published at 19:19 British Summer Time 29 May

Player of the series, England's Sophie Ecclestone: "I’m not very good with stats but it feels amazing to overtake some of the people I watched growing up. I just came to enjoy it, I play my best when I enjoy it.

"I’ve always got to be one step ahead of our opponents. I just want to win my first Ashes, hopefully I can keep taking wickets to help us win."

  5. 'We couldn't finish it off'published at 19:17 British Summer Time 29 May

"It is a good thing that we could come here and learn."

On developing as a team: "We learned a lot of things, the guys played really well. Our players are young and we're learning a lot."

On Umm-e-Hani: "She did a good job bowling, she's young as well. She did well and hopefully she'll get a lot of experience in the World Cup also."

On trying to qualify for the World Cup: "We have a lot of good players and if we play good cricket then hopefully we will get there."

Player of the match, England's Nat Sciver-Brunt: "I had a great time and a great way to finish the series.

"I still wanted to put pressure on the bowlers [when first at the crease] as much as I could, get on strike and build a partnership. I had different partners along the way but it worked out well."

On her home record: "I'm pretty happy with my level of skill and also the mental game of it, making sure I don't get too frustrated. I managed to get through those tougher patches today, communicated well with my batting partner and got through."

On her bowling: "The body is pretty sore. Probably not my quickest five overs ever but I was able to put the ball in a pretty consistent area."

  7. That winning feeling...published at 19:10 British Summer Time 29 May

And here is the moment that sealed England's 178-run triumph.

Great grab from Sophia Dunkley, who had only just popped on as a substitute fielder.

  8. Ecclestone reaches 100 ODI wicketspublished at 19:08 British Summer Time 29 May

And then, just as Pakistan were looking for a little light relief, on came Sophie Ecclestone. Relentless.

Here are the two balls that moved her to a century of ODI wickets. It took Ecclestone just 63 innings to get there. That's one fewer than Australian Cathryn Fitzpatrick, who was previously the quickest to reach the landmark.

Ecclestone is a brilliant, brilliant bowler.

You might argue that her best is still to come, too. Now that is a scary thought for batters throughout the world!

I like that Ecclestone was held back so we could see what the other bowlers can do.

As soon as she came on she got wickets.

    Breaking

Comfortable. Very comfortable. England win the series 2-0. Add in their 3-0 triumph in the 20-over stuff and you get an excellent first-half to the international summer.

If Heather Knight's side's performance in the series opener at Derby was England below par, this was much, much better. Clinical throughout.

Clinical game from England in the end, the tone of the day was professionalism.

Aliya Riaz c sub (Dunkley) b Ecclestone 36 (Pak 124-9)

Sophie Ecclestone just makes thing happen, doesn't she? Only 25 balls required for her to take three wickets. 101 in all for her in ODI cricket now.

Nice catch from Sophia Dunkley who is on as a sub.

  20. Pak 124-8published at 29 overs

    Target 303

Safe to say I think we can forget about the target now! England need one wicket for victory. Pakistan skipper Nida Dar has been hamstrung and won't bat.
