Slightly difficult position for England, you'd expect them to thrash Pakistan, especially when looking at world rankings, infrastructure and finance.

  3. 'We love playing in different countries'published at 12:55 British Summer Time 29 May

More from Pakistan batter Sidra Ameen: "We love playing in different counties, the different pitches and experience is great for us. Asian countries, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, our pitches are very similar, slow turn, low and that’s how we’re developed.

"When we're not being picked to play, it's difficult. You can only improve whilst you're playing. I hope we can continue to put our names out there and see if we get picked to play."

Just the one change to the England side from that abandoned game at Taunton.

Lauren Bell is back in the XI with Lauren Filer, who might feel a tad disappointed after only getting to bowl three overs before the rain came, dropping out.

    Pakistan are unchanged.

BBC Sport spoke to Pakistan batter Sidra Ameen over the weekend to talk about her journey to playing international cricket.

We'll bring you snippets from that interview throughout the day. To get us started, here is Ameen discussing playing in England: "It's no doubt that England are the number one team and they’ve shown us. They’ve played very good cricket and we’ve bowled, fielded batted very well against them.

"We’ve played well during practice, power plays have been good, lower and middle orders have been good. We are playing well also but their culture and opportunities make them steps ahead.

"It’s mixed feelings in front of the big crowds here. When you do good it’s exciting but when you’re not doing well, then you feel the pressure. These are the biggest crowds I’ve ever seen and it feels very good. We were so happy, we felt appreciated, it’s etched in my memory.

"When you hear the dhol drums you know that there are Indian or Pakistani fans. We wave at them, sometimes meet them afterwards and it feels great."

  10. Good afternoon!published at 12:30 British Summer Time 29 May

Good news everyone, it looks like we will get some cricket today!

There was blue sky over Chelmsford about half an hour ago, that has given way to cloud but - without wanting to tempt fate - it doesn't look particularly threatening at the moment.

After rain forced the second ODI to be abandoned, England face Pakistan knowing victory will clinch the series.

For Pakistan, after a 3-0 loss in the T20 series, they will be hoping to secure their first win to end the tour on a high.
