    Cox c Davies b Mills 25 (Invincibles 102-6)

    Another wicket!

One more for the men's all-time leading wicket-taker in The Hundred.

Jordan Cox spoons it high in the air and Alex Davies makes no mistake with the gloves, taking the catch.

This has been a bit of a collapse from the defending champions.

  3. Invincibles 102-5published at 75 balls

Just five come off the second half of that extended Akeal Hosein set.

Tymal Mills is back in for the next five.

Huge, huge wicket. Just got a bit under it and off the toe of the bat, perhaps just trying to belt it too hard. Huge wicket for the Brave - Ferreira can really hurt you in the latter stages.

  5. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 74 balls

    Ferreira c Pollard b Hosein 5 (Invincibles 101-5)

A third wicket in this extended set for Akeal Hosein!

Ferreira went for another big shot off Hosein, but does not get enough bat on it as the ball flies towards the rope at long-on.

Kieron Pollard is the man there and unlike his drop for Will Jacks, Pollard takes the catch.

A brilliant few balls from Hosein.

  6. 'He's bowled brilliantly' - Evans on Hoseinpublished at 19:11 British Summer Time 18 August

    Laurie Evans
Southern Brave fielder on Player Mic on BBC Two

It was great. Hosein does the tough work at the top in the powerplay. It's not a job most spinners want but he wants it and he's made a great craft out of it. He's bowled brilliantly here so he's getting his rewards.

  7. Invincibles 99-4published at 71 balls

Alex Davies thought he had stumped Donovan Ferreira with a clever bit of keeping, after Akeal Hosein is kept on.

Ferreira's feet were both grounded and in, however, when the bails came off.

  8. Invincibles 97-4published at 70 balls

After seeing himself in, with one ball, Donovan Ferreira sends Akeal Hosein back over the bowler's head for a well-clubbed four.

Plenty going on in that set, including the big wickets of the two Sams, Curran and Billings.

  9. Invincibles 93-4published at 69 balls

Just prodded away from Donovan Ferreira. No hat-trick for Akeal Hosein.

That's a superb bit of bowling from Hosein. This one, he tossed it up a little bit more, slight bit of turn, which has done for the batter. Fantastic bit of bowling. Flight and guile, who says you can't toss it up in The Hundred?

  11. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 68 balls

    Billings b Hosein 0 (Invincibles 93-4)

Two in two for Akeal Hosein. Captain Sam Billings is gone!

Swing and a miss from the Invincibles captain. Hosein's delivery clatters into the stumps.

    Hat-trick ball inbound...

  13. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 67 balls

    S Curran c Archer b Hosein 25 (Invincibles 93-3)

    Akeal Hosein makes the breakthrough!

Less pace on that ball from Hosein. Curran looked to send it a mile, but it only goes up and not very far. An easy catch at cover for Jofra Archer.

Plenty of famous faces at Lord's for this final.

  16. Invincibles 91-2published at 64 balls

Another lovely shot to watch from Sam Curran.

A straight drive, held the pose and guided back past Jofra Archer to the boundary. Wonderful.

Oh it's lovely. Lofted, up and over mid-off and it dribbles into the boundary.

  18. Invincibles 85-2published at 60 balls

Jordan Cox ends that set with another four, a lofted drive over mid-off that has just about enough on it to beat Chris Jordan in the field and find four.

An 11-run set for the Invincibles, nine of which were for Cox.

  19. Invincibles 79-2published at 57 balls

    Innovative shot from Jordan Cox.

The ball from Tymal Mills popped up at Cox high and he just paddled it away fine to the rope for four.

  20. 'We've got a great foundation'published at 18:55 British Summer Time 18 August

    Saqib Mahmood
Oval Invincibles bowler on BBC Two

On the first 50 balls: "The powerplay is usually the hardest time to bat the ball.

"For us to get that start with Jacks again, he's off to a flyer is really good and we've got a great foundation to build on now."
