India captain Rohit Sharma: "The pitch has played better the last two games. You have to understand what you need to do out in the middle, assess the conditions and let the game take over.

"We need to constantly get better at our own game, understand what we need to do at certain points and keep the momentum going. We have done pretty well the last two games, it is about continuing that.

"It (the win v Pakistan) was a great game. We didn't get enough runs on the board but the bowlers came to the party and did the job for us."

This is how things look in Group A. One more win will be enough to see India and the USA through to the Super 8s.

Both could lose their remaining two games (although only one will because they play each other) and still progress on net run-rate, depending on other results.

Pakistan, Canada and Ireland all need to win their remaining games and then rely on net run-rate if they are to have any chance of progressing.

Before the American leg of the tournament decamps to Florida, will the city that never sleeps provide us with one last bit of drama?

    Let's find out...
