Issy Wong joins the party and she finishes off the England innings with another six.

England get 126 on board but is that enough to challenge a strong India batting line-up?

That's Ecclestone's strength, into the leg side. She can clear any boundary in the world when she connects like that.

Deepti Sharma will bowl the final over.

Three singles come from the first three balls before Sophie Ecclestone goes big.

She whacks Sharma for a maximum over mid-wicket. That's the first six of England's innings and you just feel it's come a little too late!

Shovelled through the leg side by Sophie Ecclestone, she is such a powerful striker.

    England needed that desperately.

Amanjot Kaur begins the penultimate over with three dot balls before Issy Wong sends a full toss towards deep backward square for a single.

Sophie Ecclestone then tries a wild swing but the ball crashes into her midriff.

Ecclestone then gets it right in the final ball of the over, find a much-awaited boundary for England!

India are in complete control. If their openers get them off to a good start, which they have done throughout the series, they could break the back of the game in the powerplay.

England's last boundary came at the end of the 10th over - and that was four byes.

Issy Wong is the new batter for England.

The 18th over from Shree Charani brings just four runs, with England's run-rate dropping below six now.

Two overs to go and the hosts need some runs on the board to be competitive.

    Oh, no.

Sophie Ecclestone is just leaning on her bat at the non-striker's end. Charlie Dean has run on the shot, rather than the fact she's hit it straight to the fielder.

It's good work from Richa Ghosh in the end because it wasn't a good throw.

But the respite doesn't last long for Charlie Dean.

She looks for a quick run off the final delivery but Sophie Ecclestone is not interested and good work from Richa Ghosh to take the bails off before Dean can recover.

England bring up their 100 from the third ball of the over.

But there is a big shout for lbw as Charlie Dean tires to reverse sweep Radha Yadav.

The umpire says no but India are going upstairs with this one.

It's a shot of frustration from Paige Scholfield, trying to slog sweep down the ground. It's come from not being able to find the boundaries, to get that strike-rate up.

It's not an easy ground to play those big shots so England should be focusing on accumulating instead, pushing those twos and running hard.

High time England motored here but Paige Scholfield can only drill one into the hands of Arundathi Reddy at long-on. Another England wicket falls.

It brings local hero Sophie Ecclestone to the crease in her 100th T20I.

Deepti Sharma has bowled brilliantly. She has stalled England's innings, they haven't been able to run twos or get the boundaries away regularly.

  16. Eng 98-5published at 16 overs

Deepti Sharma returns with the ball for India.

And it's another disciplined over from the off-spinner - just four runs off it.

England's innings has really stuttered. There is a big, big hole in the middle order left by Nat Sciver-Brunt.

But they should still get the par score here, maybe even above it with a strong finish.

It was five overs since the last boundary and there's the pressure. Amy Jones was trying to access the off side but the ball clatters into the stumps.

England are in a spot of bother.
