I wonder how long Shoaib Bashir has been practising those shots in the net. You never know when they could come in handy, it's impressive and a bit of entertainment.

England have got to get away from the mindset that they are going to win the toss bowl first and chase every game - hasn’t worked this game and it definitely won’t work out in Australia on flat decks with a kookaburra. Bowling attack is a huge concern.

Incidentally, England's players on the balcony were all laughing and applauding when Shoaib Bashir hit that six in the previous over. Possibly shows a dressing room who will not let this impending defeat linger too much in their minds.

England's arrogance is their undoing. Wrong decision to bowl in the first match but got away with it. Same error in the second by failing to admit their error in the first and they throw away the series lead.

    Not bat involved. Shoaib Bashir.

But surely that is purely academic.

It's given out on field, but has Bashir got any bat on it?

He has decided to review it.

That is outstanding. It's day five, Mohammed Siraj has been bowling a chunk of overs but he was still in the correct stance, ready to dive like a salmon and catch it. Credit to him for being able to take a catch like that after being stood out there for five days.
