If we get anything like last week's meeting here this will be a cracker, as Luke Humphries produced a flying finish to pip Rob Cross in the semi-final seven days ago.

The world number one needed to produce three 12-darters with three ton-plus finishes to turn the lights out on Voltage though - which paved the way for his second weekly win.

Cross defeated Michael van Gerwen in another final leg shootout last week so he's becoming the entertainer in the league - and he'll be out for swift revenge after losing to Humphries in Exeter.

    Littler 6-5 Dobey

Chris Dobey edged that on the averages with 100.21 to Luke Littler's 97.83, with the world champion hitting four 180s to three for Dobey.

Both men missed 12 doubles each during the match, with Littler just getting that final one to land to seal the victory.

A slightly dodgy display from the newly-crowned UK Open champion but maybe he just needed to blow the cobwebs away after his stunning weekend in Minehead.

He's not the first person to have a slow first day back at work after a weekend at Butlin's is he? We've all been there Luke...

    Breaking

    Littler 6-5 Dobey

Well it wasn't pretty, and we're not talking about the TV pictures, but Luke Littler pulled it out of the fire to pinch a 6-5 victory over Chris Dobey - who will be kicking himself after that.

The set-ups from around 200 points were poor from both men, with Dobey leaving 136 and getting nowhere near and Littler still having 110 left when on 167.

However, the world champion conjures up a rare moment of quality to nail that 110 on tops to go through to the semis.

    Littler 5-5 Dobey

Luke Littler responds again as he has done before, with a 15-darter sending us into a deciding leg - where Chris Dobey will have the throw.

Sky say 'we apologise for this temporary fault.'

That's not for Luke Littler losing - the pictures are breaking up intermittently.

  7. Dobey one awaypublished at 20:06 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March

    Littler 4-5 Dobey

A 180 helps Chris Dobey to sit on a finish after nine darts, and he then takes out 104 to finish it off for a brilliant 12-dart leg.

Again the only bad thing is that it's on his own throw but he still moves one from victory.

  8. All squarepublished at 20:04 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March

    Littler 4-4 Dobey

Luke Littler's been patchy here, but the best thing about the young man is when he gets angry with his game he usually focuses harder and improves.

And he does that here by opening up with a 180 and finishing the leg in 15 darts, with the throw, to level.

  10. Pressure tellspublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March

    Littler 3-4 Dobey

Another 180 from Chris Dobey leaves 36 and the pressure sees Luke Littler miss tops for the leg by a country mile.

He's still shaking his head as Dobey pins the tricly double nine with a huge smack of the wire - his dart just about slides in the right side of it though to move back in front.

  11. Double 10 againpublished at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March

    Littler 3-3 Dobey

Luke Littler has missed a load of doubles so far but he rarely misses on his favourite double 10 - so when that's left we know the rest.

    Level game.

  17. Dobey breaks!published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 6 March

    Littler 0-2 Dobey

Chris Dobey is a fraction away from hitting double 14 to nail an incredible 148 checkout to pinch the throw - but that's as good as it gets quality wise as both men then struggle.

Luke Littler misses five darts at double, while Dobey misses three, messes up on another visit but can still return to win it in 20 darts.

    Littler 0-1 Dobey

Solid start by Chris Dobey it seems before a Lukte Littler 180 puts huge pressure on a 90 finish, which he can't hit.

A rare miss from Littler though as he misses two at tops and Dobey escapes with a hole of throw.
