It's a showboating shot but one Littler hits do often then it's just in his natural wheelhouse to hit.

Littler one away from the final.

A seventh 180 for Luke Humphries and then a 116 checkout seals a stunning victory for the world number one - who really turned on the style just when it was needed.

The last four legs of the match were pure quality and all won in just 12 darts - three of them going to Humphries who finished them off with checkouts of 121, 167 and 116.

After a real struggle on the doubles Humphries looked like he'd let Rob Cross pinch it, but once it all fell into place he showed exactly why he's the world number one.

A 180-140 start is typical Luke Humphries stuff but the messy set-up has him looking to the heavens - before it then changes to anger with three more missed doubles.

Rob Cross takes advantage again and this time it puts him in front as Humphries is in danger of throwing this away.

  20. All squarepublished at 21:51 Greenwich Mean Time

    Cross 3-3 Humphries

Luke Humphries looks to be cruising to the sixth leg but misses three clear shots at double and Rob Cross can return and take out 64 all on 16s to level the match.

There was no real danger in that leg for Humphries and he was guilty of sleepwalking into losing that.
