    Littler 5-4 Bunting

Suddenly, Luke Littler is just a leg away from victory.

He gets down to double 17, takes his time to decide whether or not to go for it with Stephen Bunting not on a finish.

In the end, he goes for it... and gets it!

  3. Littler levelspublished at 19:41 British Summer Time 1 May

    Littler 4-4 Bunting

Luke Littler breaks back with an 11-darter!

Superb from the teenager and he has the darts now with the game all square.

Littler left 46 after nine darts, Stephen Bunting put the pressure on as he got down to 67 but The Nuke was not to be denied.

Tops to make it all square.

Luke Littler is giving himself an opportunity but he has to find a break of throw. That has been nigh-on impossible so far because Stephen Bunting has been so strong on his own throw.

    Littler 3-4 Bunting

Luke Littler is using new darts tonight and it is showing at times with the teenager spraying them somewhat.

It doesn't matter in this leg with Stephen Bunting well off it in this leg.

An 86 out completes the hold for Littler. Much better and finished on that trusty double 10.

    Littler 2-4 Bunting

Frustration for Luke Littler as he has two bounce outs in the leg.

He still gets a dart at the bull to break back but misses by a distance.

Stephen Bunting comes back to hit double 10 and maintain his advantage.

    Littler 2-3 Bunting

    John Part
Former PDC world champion on Sky Sports

I like Stephen Bunting's demeanour here. He doesn't like someone hopeful of getting chances, he looks like someone that will take chances.

That's more like it from Luke Littler.

After another fairly lacklustre leg from both players, the world champion hits double 10 to complete a 100 checkout.

    Littler 1-3 Bunting

This time Stephen Bunting gets the big finish!

After missing double 16 for a 110 to break in the last leg, he hits it for the same checkout this time.

Luke Littler just has not got going in this match.

I'm going with Luke Humphries tonight. He is definitely due a win! I've enjoyed seeing the different winners over the past few weeks, but time for the Luke's to dominate again I feel.

Luke Littler gets his first 180 to start the leg but can't kick on and Stephen Bunting goes on to hold.

  14. 'Players dealing with Littler fear factor better'published at 19:26 British Summer Time 1 May

    Littler 0-1 Bunting

    John Part
Former PDC world champion on Sky Sports

There was a Luke Littler fear factor in the first few weeks and he was producing on such a regular basis and players weren't used to that. He is still dominant in matches but not as dominant.

Most players, and definitely in the Premier League, have no problem with playing Littler now.

  15. Bunting breaks earlypublished at 19:25 British Summer Time 1 May

    Littler 0-1 Bunting

Big cheers from the crowd in Birmingham as Stephen Bunting hits the first 180 of the night.

With Luke Littler taking his time to get started, Bunting is first down to a finish - and against the darts.

Calmly finished off by The Bullet, double 16 to secure the early break.

It isn't too late to start dripping the points, two, two, three, three and you might still make the play-offs. It is marvellous really.

  18. 'I want to get that winning mentality back'published at 19:21 British Summer Time 1 May

    Littler v Bunting

Luke Littler talking to Sky Sports: "I respond to most things but I just want to pick up another two points for myself and get that winning mentality back.

"It is good to get that first spot because it is important to get that first semi-final at the O2 so you get that break before the final."

  19. 'I am confused by Littler's form and performances'published at 19:20 British Summer Time 1 May

    Luke Littler v Stephen Bunting

    Mark Webster
Former BDO world champion on Sky Sports

I am a bit confused by Luke Littler's form in recent weeks. When he got to four night wins I was probably guilty of just thinking he would keep on winning and I thought it was certain he would get a fifth win. It's not as certain now.

He showed a bit of fragility last week and maybe he's taken his eyes off the prize slightly. Is he as focused? Who knows, but he'll be determined to put it right.

  20. 'Nothing to lose'published at 19:19 British Summer Time 1 May

    Littler v Bunting

Stephen Bunting talking to Sky Sports: "When you are playing Luke [Littler] you know you've got nothing to lose so I'm looking forward to the game.

"Don't write me off just yet. I'm still playing some really good darts and I want to show people what I can do. I don't want this to be my last Premier League."
