Conference North: Worcester City 0-1 AFC Telford United

Dan Preston's first-half goal was enough to secure a scrappy win for AFC Telford United over Worcester City.

The Bucks' win at Aggborough puts them joint top of Conference North with North Ferriby, while City remain 16th.

Telford manager Liam Watson said it should have been more comfortable.

"Andy Owens put a real shift in but the quality in the last third, especially second half, was abysmal," he said. "We relied on a back line that didn't look like as if they were going to breach."
