Crawley Town have signed former Luton Town winger Luke Rooney and former Brighton & Hove Albion striker Shamir Fenelon, both on one-year deals.
Former Gillingham trainee Rooney, 24, made five appearances for Crawley in 2013 while on loan from Swindon Town.
Released by Luton in January after undergoing hernia surgery, he played six games for non-league Ebbsfleet.
Former Brighton trainee Fenelon, 20, has had spells with Torquay, Rochdale, Tranmere and Dagenham & Redbridge.
He has scored three senior goals so far in his career.
"I think Shamir has got a lot of ability," manager Mark Yates told the club website., external "He's got raw pace. A lot of clubs were interested in him.
"Luke has a lot of qualities on the ball and I can see him playing a big part for us."
Town have now signed four players this summer, after defender Joe McNerney and midfielder Simon Walton both agreed two-year contracts on Friday.
