St Johnstone have settled the better at Pittodrie. Fairly lively start on the front foot.

They don't look like a team weighed down by their current plight so far.

    Celtic 1-0 Heart of Midlothian

    Jane Lewis
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

What a start to this match. A chance for Hearts just a minute in - then within two minutes Celtic were ahead, after a great header by Kyogo.

Hearts have responded well to going behind, though, bursting forward when they can. Celtic look up for it too. Entertaining stuff!

    Dundee 0-0 St Mirren

Big chance for St Mirren to take the lead in Dundee.

Zach Hemming launches a free-kick right into the Dundee box, Scott Tanser chests it down, but fires over from eight yards out. The flag goes up in any case.

A dominant start from the visitors.

  6. Postpublished at 15:08 British Summer Time 4 May

    Ross County 0-0 Hibernian

The first chance of the game falls to the visitors.

Hibs defender Rocky Bushiri hits the deck while attempting to shoot, but his wayward effort falls into the path of Martin Boyle and the winger lashes his rushed strike wide of the post.

  9. Postpublished at 15:05 British Summer Time 4 May

    Aberdeen 0-0 St Johnstone

Early attempt for Aberdeen as Jamie McGrath launces a cross into the box.

Bjoan Miovski is lurking on the edge of the area, but the striker can't get onto the end of it.

  10. goal

GOAL Celtic 1-0 Heart of Midlothianpublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 4 May

    Kyogo Furuhashi

    Some start at Celtic Park!

From a corner, Reo Hatate helps the ball back in for Kyogo Furuhahsi to nod in the opener.

But is he offside? No! Goal stands.

Lawrence Shankland is the last man on the line and Kyogo looks like he may be between the Hearts striker and goalkeeper Zander Clark, but VAR are happy.

  11. CLOSE!published at 15:03 British Summer Time 4 May

    Celtic 0-0 Heart of Midlothian

Wow, almost an instant opener for Hearts.

Dexter Lembikisa gets into the Celtic box and drags one back to Lawrence Shankland and the top scorer's strike on the stretch deflects just wide.

  14. Hearts face Celtic with 'loads of confidence'published at 14:58 British Summer Time 4 May

Celtic v Heart of Midlothian (15:00)

Hearts head coach Steven Naismith tells BBC Scotland: "We've got loads of confidence. As the season has gone on we've found consistency.

"We've put ourselves in a brilliant position to finish third but know it'll be a tough game today.

"Celtic will start fast, but we've got to control it when we've got possession."

  15. Livi on the cliff edgepublished at 14:57 British Summer Time 4 May

    Motherwell v Livingston (15:00)

    Andy Burke
BBC Sport Scotland at Fir Park

We've been talking about Livingston looking destined for the drop for months now, but today is the day when it could finally become a reality.

Anything less than a win against Motherwell at Fir Park and Ross County avoiding defeat at home to Hibernian will confirm Livi's relegation to the Championship.

Last week's victory over County showed that David Martindale's side have not yet accepted their fate and the manager has gone with an unchanged side in hope of more of the same.

  16. Dons on cusp of safetypublished at 14:56 British Summer Time 4 May

    Aberdeen v St Johnstone (15:00)

    Tyrone Smith
    BBC Sport Scotland at Pittodrie

Two teams that have endured miserable league campaigns go head to head at Pittodrie.

At least there appears to be some light at the end of the tunnel for eighth-placed Aberdeen.

They look to have found their form – albeit belatedly – in recent times and know a victory over today would mean they are arithmetically safe from relegation.

Saints are only a point above second-bottom Ross County but do have some cause for optimism considering they have yet to taste defeat in this season's three games against the Dons.

  17. Plenty to brighten dull Denspublished at 14:55 British Summer Time 4 May

    Dundee v St Mirren (15:00)

    Brian McLauchlin
    BBC Scotland at Dens Park

It’s a damp dull day here in Tayside, but there should be plenty on show from these two sides to light up the afternoon at Dens Park.

The home side have received many plaudits this season for their style of play and, while there may have been a few doubters last summer when Tony Docherty was given his first solo gig as a manager, there can be no arguments about his achievements this term.

Mind you, Stephen Robinson hasn’t done too bad either. Although the Buddies' recent form has been questionable, a win today would take them within touching distance of a European place next season.

Whatever happens, both sets of fans can look back on this season with a sense of satisfaction.

  18. Plenty to play for in East Endpublished at 14:54 British Summer Time 4 May

Celtic v Heart of Midlothian (15:00)

    Jane Lewis
    BBC Scotland at Celtic Park

Hearts come to Glasgow off the back of two wins in a row over Celtic and Steven Naismith admits that gives them confidence, although he says he's expecting a tough match.

The Edinburgh side will be desperate to make it a hat-trick of wins, something they haven't achieved since 1961!

Celtic will be equally desperate to halt the run. Brendan Rodgers admits taking three points is not just beneficial for his side and this title race but will also heap the pressure on Rangers, who play tomorrow.

Given the tight nature of the race, that could be significant.

  19. Follow Maolidapublished at 14:53 British Summer Time 4 May

    Ross County v Hibernian (15:00)

Hibs head coach Nick Montgomery this week expressed his desire to extend on-loan Myziane Maolida's stay at Easter Road despite parent club Hertha Berlin hoping to sell the 25-year-old this summer.

And no wonder. After notching just one goal in his first five Premiership appearances for Hibs after arriving in January, the Frenchman has since scored six goals in his last nine.

In fact, since scoring his first goal for the club on 27 January, only Hearts' Lawrence Shankland and Motherwell's Theo Bair have scored more league goals than his seven.

  20. Mitov to Saints' rescue?published at 14:52 British Summer Time 4 May

    Aberdeen v St Johnstone (15:00)

St Johnstone have conceded two or more goals in all four of the defeats they have suffered in their latest five league games.

It would have been even worse if not for Dimitar Mitov.

The Bulgarian has prevented 10.1 goals in the Premiership this season, according to Opta's goals prevented model - the most of any goalkeeper - conceding 48 goals (excluding own goals) from an expected goals on target conceded (xGOT) figure of 58.1.

Not exactly sure what that means, but it sounds impressive!
