Napoli have signed Billy Gilmour from Brighton.
Keeping it brief for now, the Italian club say: "SSC Napoli announces that it has permanently acquired the sporting services of Billy Gilmour from Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club."
That's two Scotland international midfielders moving to Naples in the space of two hours.
The Scottish interest in Serie A ramps up another notch. Tremendous stuff.
Lets keep with the international boys, eh?...
Scotland forward Ben Doak has joined Championship side Middlesborough on loan for the season.
With game time at Liverpool looking unlikely due to the attacking squad depth in Arne Slot's squad, and the summer signing of Italian forward Federico Chiesa, Doak will be playing his football elsewhere this season.
Doak was ruled out of most of last season through injury, and despite being initially named in Steve Clarke's provisional squad for Euro 2024 he was once again injured before the final squad was announced.
He was named in Clarke's squad earlier this week.
His parent club said: "Doak will now seek to gain further senior experience under Boro head coach Michael Carrick."

A verbal agreement has been reached between Celtic and Dundee for the transfer of Luke McCowan.
The player is now on his way to Glasgow to complete the deal.
Big news coming for Dundee and Celtic fans.
Guess who it's about...
Ryan Fraser has completed a permanent move to Southampton on a two-year deal.
The Scotland international played a part in the Saints' promotion from the Championship last season and agreed to terminate his Newcastle contract to secure the move back to former Scotland team-mate Russell Martin's side.
He featured 44 times during the 2023/24 season, including the play-off final victory against Leeds United, scoring eight goals for the club throughout the campaign.
"I'm probably the happiest man in Southampton at the minute," he told club media,
"It's been a long summer from the play-off final to now, but my number one goal was to get back here and now that it's happened, it's one of my proudest moments to be honest.
"Probably second after winning the play-offs. So yeah, it's really nice to be here.
"I think the journey that the players and the fans went through last season, we came together and it's amazing to be back."

Billy Gilmour has completed his switch from Brighton to Napoli.
The Scotland international has agreed a five-year deal with the Seria A side and will team up with his international colleague Scott McTominay.
Gilmour will also be joining up with his former Chelsea teammate Romelu Lukaku who joined the club earlier this week having spent last season on loan with AS Roma.
Brian McLauchlin's phone has been buzzing again.
I hope he doesn't get charged more for calls from Italy...

So, there's just over an hour to go and there are still plenty of questions out there for Scottish Premiership clubs to answer in terms of ins and outs. Who will be the busiest between now and when the window closes?
Will Luke McCowan remain in Dundee or be heading to either Edinburgh or Glasgow?
Could another Scottish midfielder be heading north to join Celtic?
Will Rangers add to their squad following Todd Cantwell's exit?

A hat-trick of familiar faces make their return...
It's taken until 9:42 for Jack to announce he's brought in brownies for the team.

Hibs head coach David Gray is "delighted" to welcome 'Nectar' back and says he's in as a midfielder.
"I’m delighted to bring Nectar back to the Club," Gray said.
"He’s someone I really enjoyed working with last season and he’s another great character to add to the dressing room.
"Nectar is someone I see as a defensive midfielder who has also played a lot at centre-back, which naturally gives him a strong defensive mindset and discipline to dominate the middle of the pitch.
"I look forward to working with him once again."
Nectarios Triantis has returned to Hibs on a season-long loan from Sunderland.
The 21-year-old made 14 appearances for Hibs across all competitions, primarily as a defender, but he is comfortable as a defensive midfielder.

16-year-old defender Sebastian Lochhead has joined English Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers for an undisclosed fee.
The Dundee Academy graduate played for manager Tony Docherty's side in pre-season and was on the bench for the side's opening three top-flight matches.
Announcing the deal, the club said: "Everyone at Dundee Football Club wishes Seb all the very best for his career."
