Okay, we'll park the 'early' starts here... You should be following Dundee v Hibs by now anyway. The Edinburgh side are 1-0 up at Dens Park but down to 10 men.

Hearts v Celtic follows at 19:45. Please, please, no delays for that one or we'll never get home.

Look out for reaction from Ibrox and Paisley in our reports and on our dedicated club pages.

  2. 'Big three points' for St Johnstone - Valakaripublished at 18:14 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2024

    FT: St Johnstone 1-0 Kilmarnock

St Johnstone manager Simo Valakari tells BBC Sport Scotland: "Big three points. The game was pretty much what we expected.

"We played against a very strong team who came and man marked us full pitch. It was not easy.

"First half, we suffered and we suffered a lot. We were giving corners and throw-ins away.

"We could not hold the ball at all but big credit to our players for how they started the second half.

"We started to find the right angles for our passes then we scored a nice goal.

"There was some defending to do but we handled it very well. It has not been an easy two weeks since losing the last match.

"We have good strikers and a lot of options there. All of them have different strengths. Makenzie Kirk has put his head down and has waited for his chance.

"He has been working very hard in training. I asked him to put the hard work in to help the team defend and he did fantastically. He's a very good finisher and it was a great goal."

  3. 'I feel sorry for the fans' - Kettlewellpublished at 18:12 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2024

    FT: Ross County 3-0 Motherwell

Motherwell manager Stuart Kettlewell tells BBC Scotland: "Frustration. I feel sorry for the fans who came up, the game had little quality and a nature the support can't enjoy, stop-start constantly.

"We were comfortable in the first half, fashioned one real chance. It was always going to be a game with very little in it. When they scored the two goals we became ragged and scrappy.

"We played into the drama and the stop-start nature. That's our responsibility."

  4. Cowie thrilled with second-half displaypublished at 18:11 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2024

    FT: Ross County 2-1 Motherwell

Ross County manager Don Cowie tells BBC Scotland: "Delighted to win the game, I thought the first half hour of the second half we were excellent.

"Disappointed to concede late on but we managed to see it out and get a valuable three points.

"We attacked [the second half] really well. We built upon that and got the second goal and easily could've had a third.

"It was a fantastic goal [Joshua Nisbet] got, hopefully that's the first of many for him."

It took them near enough six hours to battle through chaotic road conditions to get to Glasgow but the Dundee United players - and supporters - will feel it was well worth all the hassle now they can go back up the road with a precious point from Ibrox.

With all the delays, it was nearly 6pm when a chorus of boos from the home fans greeted the final whistle. Rangers took far too long to turn up; much-improved in the second half but not quite good enough.

United's resistance was well-worth the ovation they got from their hardy band of followers.

More problems for Rangers and manager Philippe Clement, with the potential to be trailing leaders Celtic by 11 points unless Hearts can do them a favour at Tynecastle this evening.

Ross County have now amassed 12 points of their 15 points at home.

Dundee United remain three points off Rangers after a well-earned point at Ibrox.

Sam Dalby with United's opener at Ibrox and Vaclav Cerny with the leveller in what was a rather entertaining match.

Dundee United's spirit, determination and team-work was perfectly exemplified by a stunning series of blocks and saves by Jack Walton and his defenders.

It looked for all the world that Rangers would find the late goal they crave. They yet might. But it they won't find it easy.

    St Mirren 2-1 Aberdeen

Aberdeen almost equalise through a moment of genius from Duk.

The diminutive forward has his back to goal, but backheels it through a crowd of bodies and is only denied by the base of the post.

  14. GREAT SAVE!published at 17:45 Greenwich Mean Time 23 November 2024

Unbelievable from Jack Walton, who keeps out Ianis Hagi's long-range effort and then does ever so well to stop Robin Propper's follow-up.

Brilliant goalkeeping from the United man!

    Rangers 1-1 Dundee Utd

    Kheredine Idessane
    BBC Scotland at Ibrox

It's like an attack v defence training session now, with Dundee United barely able to get away from their own penalty area, far less get out of their own half. It feels like it's only a matter of time before Rangers score again.
