It was well known that Midtjylland make the most from set-pieces and restarts.

Mads Bech, who scored one and assisted another for the visitors, used to play for Brentford - including in the Premier League.

He also had a loan spell at AFC Wimbledon.

    Feyenoord 0-0 Aston Villa

Two more chances for Feyenoord, only for one to be cleared off the line before Ayase Ueda heads wide from the next cross. Not sure how this is still 0-0.

I didn't even get the chance to tell you Dan Ndoye was the first Forest goalscorer in a European game at the City Ground since Steve Stone in 1996.

    Feyenoord 0-0 Aston Villa

Villa defender Ian Maatsen doesn't get much distance on a clearing header and a cross is played into the middle with Japan international Ayase Ueda getting a spectacular volleyed contact on it.

The ball bounces off the chest of Marco Bizot and he gets lucky as he is able to gather the rebound before a Feyenoord man can finish it off.

The set-piece defending from Ange has been so so awful, from the best to defending set-pieces to the worst within four weeks!

This is not good news. Murillo is such a key player. It is not a good sight for Forest fans.

A few Midtjylland fans have managed to get themselves among the home supporters, which has understandably riled the crowd. Stewards have dealt with it and some - happy - Midtjylland fans have left.

Another blow for Forest as defender Murillo goes down injured.

    Feyenoord 0-0 Aston Villa

It is a furiously frantic game in Rotterdam. A very good watch for the neutral.

  12. 'Midtjylland get bodies in the way'published at 20:26 BST

    Nottingham Forest 1-2 Midtjylland

    Lucy Ward

They are not dealing with the ball into the box, Nottingham Forest.

Midtjylland are a big team, but it is really not an excuse. Midtjylland get bodies in the way and Forest cannot get the first touch.

It had been a great response from Forest to initially going behind.

Similar to Omar Alderete's Sunderland winner on Saturday it is more poor Forest defending from set pieces to allow Midtjylland to score twice.

The pocket of Midtjylland fans goes wild in the corner again while the bubble bursts quickly again for the hosts.

    Oh.

    Forest concede from another set-piece.

Philip Billing flicks a corner on, Martin Erlic has a header saved by Matz Sels and Mads Bech nets the rebound from close in.

  15. 'Good finish from Ndoye'published at 20:24 BST

    Nottingham Forest 1-1 Midtjylland

Morgan Gibbs-White kept himself onside. It was the first time they have used the width. Gibbs-White puts an early ball in and it takes everyone by surprise. It is a really good finish from Dan Ndoye.

Ollie Watkins' pace is causing huge problems for Feyenoord. He dances around the goalkeeper and sees his shot superbly blocked on the line. Although, on this occasion, Watkins had gone just too soon and the flag is up for offside.

It was as if that goal woke Forest up as they've been attacking ever since conceding.

  20. 'Midtjylland get the ball in the right area'published at 20:20 BST

    Nottingham Forest 0-1 Midtjylland

Up until that point Midtjylland have been cancelling each other out. They get the ball in the right area. There is no way the ball should be bouncing in there from a Forest point of view.
