Precise quick-fire finishes from Lawrence Shankland and Blair Spittal have Hearts in control at Dens Park.

  5. HALF-TIME St Mirren 0-0 St Johnstonepublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time

Not many will remember that first 45 minutes.

The only point of note was the non-penalty for St Mirren, when Elvis Bwomono went down in the box.

Not enough in it to send referee Dan McFarlane over to the screen.

  8. HALF-TIME Hibernian 1-0 Aberdeenpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time

A rather tepid first half, it's fair to say.

Hibs have had one shot on target and made it count as Nectarios Triantis nodded in their opener.

Aberdeen have had a few half-chances but have failed to show anything close to the level of attacking impetus needed to drag themselves out of their rut.

  9. goal

GOAL AIRDRIEONIANS 1-0 Queen's Parkpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time

    Ben Wilson (penalty)

Ben Wilson converts a penalty to give Airdrie the lead after Queen's Park's Sean Welsh had handled.

  10. Postpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time

    Dundee 0-2 Heart of Midlothian

A first test for Hearts goalkeeper Craig Gordon.

Josh Mulligan's floated cross is nodded towards goal by striker Simon Murray, but the central effort is a straightforward collection for the Scotland goalkeeper.

  11. goal

GOAL Dunfermline Athletic 0-1 RAITH ROVERSpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time

    Dylan Easton (penalty)

The visitors edge ahead in front of more than 6,000 fans at the Fife derby in the Championship.

    Nathan Shaw

Nathan Shaw's free-kick gives Morton the lead at Firhill.

  13. Postpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time

    Hibernian 1-0 Aberdeen

Aberdeen are in a great position, Alfie Dorrington is flying down the right and has three players across the box to pick out.

But, inexplicably, the on-loan Spurs defender doesn't seem to slow down and barely manages to dig out a cross from the line and it comes to nothing.

There was a possible foul on Martin Boyle that allowed the Dons to break forward there. It would have been reviewed had it led to something, though.

  15. YELLOW CARD Samuels (Dundee)published at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time

    Dundee 0-2 Heart of Midlothian

A first yellow card is brandished at Dens Park, as Dundee full-back Imari Samuels goes into the book for a reckless, tactical foul on Beni Baningime inside the Hearts half.

He will need to be careful to avoid an ignominious dismissal on his first league start for his new club.

There's been little to nothing to shout about here, which may be why the home support are growing in frustration.

The only screaming seems to be in protest over refereeing decisions.

We can only pray for a brighter second-half here in Paisley.

  17. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time

    Hibernian 1-0 Aberdeen

Half a chance there for the Dons.

Pape Gueye makes a great run across the front of his man to try to meet a fizzed Jeppe Okkels cross.

The striker manages to get there but can only glance it away from goal.

  18. goal

    Alfie Bavidge

  19. Postpublished at 15:38 Greenwich Mean Time

    Dundee 0-2 Heart of Midlothian

A powerful strike from Elton Kabangu is denied at the near post by the strong arm of Dundee goalkeeper Trevor Carson.

Blair Spittal slipped the Belgian loanee in behind after a crunching tackle in midfield from Beni Baningime initiated a rapid counter-attack.

  20. Grim reading for Aberdeen fanspublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time

    Hibernian 1-0 Aberdeen

Hibs are unbeaten when scoring the opening goal at home in the Premiership this season.

Aberdeen have a record of W0 D3 L8 when conceding the opening goal in the top flight this season.

The Dons are currently looking unlikely to turn it around.

Little in the game since Hibs' opener.
