This is how the bottom looks heading into the final day of the season next Saturday.

Huddersfield are as good as down because of their inferior goal difference, so we'll call it a four-way battle to avoid the final relegation spot.

Blackburn, Sheffield Wednesday, Plymouth and Birmingham are still in danger of going down to League One, although nothing but a victory is likely to do for Blues.

Both sets of players from both teams are on their haunches. Everybody feels deflated after this. For Hudderfield, it's terminal; for Blues, they are still alive but only just. Everyone knows it might not be enough now.

There's been some boos from the visiting supporters. It's what might have been; it's the result that pleases nobody. 'You're not fit to wear the shirt' is the chant from some of the Blues fans.

Huddersfield won't go down today if things stay the same, but look at their goal difference.
