Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou speaking to Sky Sports: "The Europa League is a great opportunity for us. There is no hiding from that. It is an opportunity to win a trophy at a club that hasn't won one for quite a while. It is a major trophy and the best preparation for that is to make sure that we maintain our form.

"It doesn't mean that we have to dismiss our league form. We still have an opportunity to address that to a certain extent. We have had some challenges this year but we still have five or six games to go and we want to perform at a level.

"We have the squad now. We want to try to maintain some consistency in performances but we can make changes, that can sometimes be disruptive."

Nottingham Forest boss Nuno Espirito Santo speaking to Sky Sports: "The time on the training ground has been good. It has allowed us to recover properly and prepare the players well for this game.

"We need to play better [than against Everton]. We know it is going to be tough but we need to be more solid and play better football. We have to give credit to our previous opponent, it is true we did not find the flow of the game. I hope that today we can do it, I am positive.

"If you just look at the team sheet and squad of Tottenham there is talent all over the place. We have to focus on ourselves and compete.

"The mindset is responsibility. We earned the right to be in this fight [for Europe] and now we have to be responsible and give everything and try until the last."

Nottingham Forest are the counter-attack kings and they have the tools to get another win like the one they got over Spurs at the City Ground in December, where they had 30% of possession but won 1-0.

Forest have hit a bit of a blip of late, though, and they don't appear to be quite the same force they were a few weeks ago.

They are desperate for a win to get their top-five bid back on track and Nuno Espirito Santo's would love to get it on his return to Tottenham, where he did not last long as manager, but a draw feels more likely to me.

...Tottenham produced an absolutely brilliant result, beating Frankfurt 1-0 away thanks to Dominic Solanke's first-half penalty to reach the Europa League semi-finals 2-1 on aggregate.

Spurs will play Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt in the last four, with the winner of the competition getting a spot in next season's Champions League.

Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou speaking to the BBC: "We do have the possibilities to rotate, which we didn't have earlier in the year. It is a bit of a balancing act. The other night took a bit of a toll on us physically and emotionally, so [the lineup] is a bit of a chance to rest some of the lads from the other night but also needing to get some minutes into others.

"We've missed Richy [Richarlison]. We've hardly had him this year and he can become really important for us. Dom has been carrying the workload in the central striking role so getting Richy some meaningful match minutes against a good opponent will be valuable.

"You saw the other night that the players know what is important for us and they know what we really need to be focused on. That is not just the Europa League but making sure we finish the season strong.

"Forest have had a really consistent season, they have built through the season and got some good momentum. They have a lot to play for in terms of Europe for next year, they're a really strong team, strong on transitions so we will have to be really organised and disciplined."
