  1. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:40 British Summer Time 3 May

    Derby 0-0 Stoke

This is by far the closest we've come to a first goal so far and it's almost Stoke who get it!

Ali Al-Hamadi makes an excellent run for the visitors, driving into the area, and it opens up for him.

He fires back across goal from the angle but Derby's stand-in goalkeeper Josh Vickers comes out quickly and saves brilliantly for the hosts.

  2. Postpublished at 13:40 British Summer Time 3 May

    Burnley 1-1 Millwall

Millwall had just 23% possession in the first half, but are the first to show in the second period.

Another dangerous counter finds its way to Femi Azeez in the box, but it's blocked out for their first corner. It comes to nothing.

Hannibal Mejbri tries his luck from range and it takes a touch off a Millwall player for a corner. Defended well.

  3. Postpublished at 13:40 British Summer Time 3 May

    Portsmouth 0-1 Hull City

The home side are pushing now.

Freddie Potts sees a shot deflect into the arms of Ivor Pandur in the Tigers goal.

  4. GREAT SAVE!published at 13:38 British Summer Time 3 May

    Bristol City 0-1 Preston

Milutin Osmajic races away down the right and holds off Rob Dickie before firing in a low angled shot which looked destined for the side-netting until Max O'Leary gave it a helping hand on its way behind.

Preston have begun brightly again, looking for a goal which might make them feel more comfortable but which could really hamper the Robins' top-six hopes.

  5. Postpublished at 13:38 British Summer Time 3 May

    Derby 0-0 Stoke

Everton loanee Harrison Armstrong fires an early effort on target for Derby, hitting a left-footed drive from range, but it's straight at Stoke keeper Viktor Johansson.

  6. Postpublished at 13:37 British Summer Time 3 May

    Portsmouth 0-1 Hull City

Portsmouth sub Matt Ritchie hits a free-kick into the wall as the home side look to level things up early in this second half.

Luton fans will be desperate for Pompey to turn this around as a Hull City loss looks likely to be the only way they avoid relegation today.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 13:37 British Summer Time 3 May

    West Brom 3-1 Luton

Matt Bloomfield makes a double change at the break for Luton, who have to score at least two to have a chance of staying up - or hope Hull lose at Pompey.

Christ Makosso and Carlton Morris make way. On come Reece Burke and Tahith Chong.

  8. Can Millwall snap Clarets' 32-match unbeaten run?published at 13:35 British Summer Time 3 May

    Burnley 1-1 Millwall

Burnley have been football’s epitome of the immovable object this season.

Mihailo Ivanovic’s first-half strike was just the 16th goal they’ve conceded in the Championship this term.

Such mindblowing defensive stats have seen them lose just twice in the league and they’re currently on a 32-match unbeaten run in the Championship.

Yet if you’re after omens, Millwall were the last team to beat the Clarets in the league, way back on 3 November last year, thanks to Jake Cooper’s goal.

  9. Second halfpublished at 13:33 British Summer Time 3 May

We're starting to get back under way for the final 45 minutes of the Championship season.

    Where are we?

    Well, as it stands:

    • Burnley are going to win the title
    • Coventry and Bristol City are taking the two remaining play-off spots
    • Plymouth and Luton will be joining Cardiff in League One next season

Let's see how much of that remains the case in an hour's time...

Terrible recruitment and holding on to a struggling manager for too long. The board have only themselves to blame. Credit in the bank for Premier League and stadium. But disaster of a season.

    Bob, Luton.

    Top of the Championship

With Leeds losing, Burnley are top of the table and on course to be champions, despite having a battle on their hands against Millwall at Turf Moor.

The play-off picture is coming into shape too, with Coventry on course for fifth place if they can see out a win over Middlesbrough, while Bristol City are clinging on to their own top-six place, losing at home to Preston and knowing a goal for Millwall or Blackburn at Sheffield United would leave them on the outside looking in, barring a turnaround at Ashton Gate.

  12. Luton down as it standspublished at 13:30 British Summer Time 3 May

Bottom of the Championship as it stands

Here's a look at the Championship relegation battle at the halfway stage on the final day.

Luton Town will be relegated to League One unless they can score at least two goals at West Brom to bring things level.

Hull started the day in 22nd but are up to 19th as things stand as they lead Portsmouth 1-0.

The Hatters need to bring things back to 3-3 and hope Hull lose to stay up or somehow come from two behind to win the game.

Preston lead Bristol City 1-0 and it's goalless between Derby and Stoke, who are also above the dotted line in the live table.

Preston have been well worth their lead.

They have defended exceptionally well, limiting Bristol City to continually having to pass across the edge of the 18-yard box looking for an opening that never emerges, is blocked off at source or then end up going backwards.

Robbie Brady has been excellent in midfield, and is exactly the sort of composed experienced figure you need in such a situation, but both Milutin Osmajic and Emil Riis have troubled the Robins defence with their movement and physicality.

If anything, they are the sort of figures City could do in their attack to try and bore some holes in the Preston backline.

    HT: Portsmouth 0-1 Hull City

    Dan George
    BBC Sport at Fratton Park

Hull City and Ruben Selles will be encouraged by the first half, mainly because as it stands they are safe.

They have been the better side in this half and deserve the lead, threatening on occasions through long throws, set-pieces and balls into the box.

Portsmouth are yet to really get going, losing Harvey Blair to injury early on will have been a blow, he looked lively and would have been desperate for minutes.

A big second half to come.

  15. 'They've set themselves up excellently'published at 13:28 British Summer Time 3 May

    HT: Portsmouth 0-1 Hull

    Peter Swan
Former Hull City player on BBC Radio Humberside

Hull have given it a go from the start, they didn't sit back.

It's been a positive performance so far from Hull, they've set themselves up excellently, going forward we look dangerous.

They have what they need so far, but Portsmouth look dangerous on the wings.

They need to come out thinking it's 0-0 they'll be delighted with it so far.

  16. 'More quality needed in the final third'published at 13:26 British Summer Time 3 May

    HT: Derby 0-0 Stoke

    Malcolm Christie
Former Derby striker on BBC Radio Derby

John Eustace will be wanting an injection of pace on the pitch, we have been sloppy at times.

We've got to have more quality in the final third, it's just been a bit too slow for me.

  17. Postpublished at 13:26 British Summer Time 3 May

    HT: Derby 0-0 Stoke

    Andrew Aloia
    BBC Sport at Pride Park

The biggest celebration of the day at Pride Park has come courtesy of West Brom's third goal against Luton at The Hawthorns.

It is a result that would keep both Derby and Stoke up.

The mood at half-time here is relief.

  18. Leeds cut frustrated figurespublished at 13:25 British Summer Time 3 May

HT: Plymouth Argyle 1-0 Leeds United

It almost seems as though Leeds have run out of ideas here at Home Park.

Argyle have done what they do best under Miron Muslic and frustrated a higher-ranked opponent.

Argyle have not had an effort since scoring, but Leeds have hardly troubled Conor Hazard either as their attempts have been blocked, gone wide and gone over.

Daniel Farke needs to do something inspiring in the interval if the title is heading to Yorkshire.

  19. 'Good half for Coventry'published at 13:23 British Summer Time 3 May

    HT: Coventry 1-0 Middlesbrough

    Steve Ogrizovic
Ex-Coventry City goalkeeper on BBC CWR

That's an ideal end to a pretty good half for Coventry. They've had plenty of crosses and shots that have gone wide.

Rudoni timed his run brilliantly and it was a great ball in.

It will be interesting to see how the second half unfolds. I hope we don't defend the lead and we look to kill them off.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 13:22 British Summer Time 3 May

    Norwich 3-0 Cardiff

Jack WIlshere's audition is going rather well.

Marcelino Nunez put the hosts ahead with a far-post finish from Jack Stacey's cross and then whipped in a free-kick four minutes later after Calum Chambers had seen red for a professional foul on Josh Sargent.

The Chilean then teed-up Borja Sainz to add a third, his 18th of the campaign, though after a couple of subs from Aaron Ramsey, the Bluebirds have seen out the final 20+ minutes of the half without conceding again.
