    Brentford 2-1 Newcastle

Igor Thiago is now the second-top scorer in the Premier League this season with seven goals, behind only Erling Haaland (13).

I reckon there's a lot of chuffed FPL managers out there right now. Except me. Because I took Thiago out. Course I did.

This is better from Leeds. They're pushing now as we enter the final 10 minutes.

    Emlyn Begley
    BBC Sport at City Ground

You'd have to say the subs have improved the game. Omari Hutchinson set up Forest's second goal and Dan James just had Leeds' first shot on target other than the goal.

  5. 'Sels at full stretch'published at 15:42 GMT

    Nott'm Forest 2-1 Leeds

    Sue Smith
Former Leeds and England forward on BBC Radio 5 Live at City Ground

An initial shot from Ethan Ampadu got blocked. It falls to Dan James, and you can see Matz Sels at full stretch. It is a really good save.

  6. CLOSE!published at 15:42 GMT

    Nott'm Forest 2-1 Leeds

Dan James forces a great save out of Matz Sels and then Gabriel Gudmundsson's low drive to deflected wide by Jayden Bogle.

    How did that stay out?!

Newcastle seriously need to get a grip. Playing OK against weaker Champions League teams is not good enough. C’mon Eddie, sort it out.

    Brentford 2-1 Newcastle

    Kit Symons
Former Premier League defender speaking on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

Thiago took it very well. That was a pressure penalty.

He took it very well and puts it to Ramsdale's left. Fair play to him.

    Aston Villa 3-0 Bournemouth

    Dave Edwards
Former Wales midfielder on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra 2 at Villa Park

It is a simple set-piece routine from Aston Villa. An inswinging corner and Barkley doesn't need a lot of movement to flick it behind himself into the corner.

Villa didn't have to work too hard for that.

  10. Postpublished at 15:41 GMT

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Brighton

Yeremy Pino looks as though he's going to stride on to the ball and fire Palace into the lead but a defender gets in the way once again.

    Igor Thiago (78 mins, pen)

Aaron Ramsdale is brought on to face the penalty but his first action in the Premier League as a Newcastle player is to pick the ball out of the back of the net after Igor Thiago calmly slides it past him.

Wow. What a chain of events.

Pope fell awkwardly a few moments ago. That's why Newcastle want to take him off.

Seen enough now. Scraped wins vs Everton and West Ham, who were both awful, have put us in a false position in the table. Farke is absolutely NOT the man for the Premier League. Time to go.

Nick Pope needed treatment earlier for an injury, is he deemed not fit enough to face the penalty?

    He is coming off.

Daniel Farke needed to do something.

You know Leeds have options that can come on and change the game.

These three substitutions can certainly change the game.

Is he being brought on to try and save the penalty? What is going on?
