  1. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:22 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

Nikita Parris is shown a yellow card for dissent, unhappy that Brighton didn't get a decision their way.

  2. 'West Ham deserve the lead'published at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

HT: West Ham 3-2 Crystal Palace

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC One

West Ham stayed in the game and deserved to get back in it. They were the side to finish stronger in this first half.

Rehanne Skinner will be telling the West Ham players to start the second half exactly how they finished the first. You can't let Crystal Palace get back into this game.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Aston Villa

Triple Villa change - Kenza Dali, Gabi Nunes and Noelle Maritz are all sent on by Robert de Pauw.

Villa are just one point off the bottom of the WSL as things stand.

  4. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

Bruna Vilamala replaces Brighton goalscorer Jelena Cankovic with Dario Vidosic's side just beginning to tire a bit in the middle of the park.

  5. Postpublished at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

Great hold-up play from Nikita Parris sets up a Brighton attack but it soon fizzles out as Chelsea quickly get back in numbers. The hosts are playing with real authority now they have restored their two-goal cushion - but Brighton are sticking at it.

    Aaaaand breathe!

A big team talk ahead for Laura Kaminski and her Crystal Palace players who led 2-0 after 11 minutes only to go into the break 3-2 down.

Rehanne Skinner will be delighted with her West Ham side.

  7. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:18 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Aston Villa

Renee Slegers aims to add impetus back to the Arsenal attack, as she replaces Frida Maanum with Stina Blackstenius.

  8. 'Palace have been caught out'published at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    West Ham 3-2 Crystal Palace

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC One

I said West Ham will be feeling very positive to get that third goal before the break.

Crystal Palace have been caught out there. Viviane Asseyi and Manuela Pavi were alive there and the Palace defenders did not go with them.

  9. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 15:16 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Aston Villa

Alessia Russo thinks she has her second and Arsenal's third after rounding the keeper following Beth Mead's through ball, and sliding home.

But belatedly the assistant's offside flag is raised.

  10. Postpublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Aston Villa

Villa are starting to offer a little more now. A sliding Steph Catley does well to block a shot from Chasity Grant.

The resulting Lucy Staniforth corner is excellent, but narrowly evades everyone.

  11. goal

GOAL - West Ham 3-2 Crystal Palacepublished at 15:15 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Manuela Pavi (45+1 mins)

    Unbelievable!

One long ball up the pitch and Crystal Palace are in disarray.

Viviane Asseyi looks to be in with a chance to get her second of the game but cannot get the ball under control.

Manuela Pavi thenruns onto the loose ball and rolls it over the line to give West Ham the lead.

    Turnaround complete.

  12. Postpublished at 15:14 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Chelsea 3-1 Brighton

It's absolutely chucking it down at Kingsmeadow but there's no dampening Chelsea's red-hot form this season. Sonia Bompastor's side are well on track to equal Arsenal's record for the longest ever winning start in the WSL, despite Brighton's best efforts.

  13. Postpublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    West Ham 2-2 Crystal Palace

Before this game Laura Kaminski said that her Palace side had to "learn to manage moments."

Well, losing a two goal lead away from home against a relegation rival is certainly a moment that needs managing.

The visitors just need to take the sting out of West Ham whose tails are up after the equaliser.

  14. Postpublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Aston Villa

Villa are not totally out of this, but have offered little in attack. Ebony Salmon nearly breaks clear following Rachel Daly's flick-on, but the ball won't sit kindly for her.

  15. Postpublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    West Ham 2-2 Crystal Palace

    Gilly is spot on.

Crystal Palace had five shots between the two West Ham goals, three of which were on target.

It just goes to show that at this level you need to be clinical or you will get punished.

  16. 'It's against the run of play'published at 15:09 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    West Ham 2-2 Crystal Palace

    Gilly Flaherty
Former Arsenal and England defender on BBC One

This goal has come against the run of play, but West Ham have looked dangerous when they have been able to bypass the Crystal Palace midfield. It's a great finish from Seraina Piubel.

The home side have looked dangerous when they have picked up possession in front of Palace's back four.

  17. goal

GOAL - Chelsea 3-1 Brightonpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Johanna Rytting Kaneryd (51 mins)

Chelsea's Johanna Rytting Kaneryd celebrates scoring their side's third goalImage source, PA Media

Johanna Rytting Kaneryd is given the goal but it's extremely fortuitous as Sophie Baggaley makes a save from Lucy Bronze, only to deflect the ball against Rytting Kaneryd.

And just like that, Brighton have it all to do again despite a promising performance.

  18. Postpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Chelsea 2-1 Brighton

Hannah Hampton makes amends after her misplaced pass is intercepted by Kiko Seike, the Chelsea goalkeeper making a crucial save and apologising for her error.

  19. Postpublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Arsenal 2-0 Aston Villa

Alessia Russo wants a penalty after going down under pressure from Danielle Turner in the Villa area.

    Nothing given.

  20. goal

GOAL - West Ham 2-2 Crystal Palacepublished at 15:07 Greenwich Mean Time 8 December

    Seraina Piubel (36 mins)

    We're all square once again!

Having been the provider of the first goal Seraina Piubel takes her chance to write her own name on the scoresheet.

She breaks into the right hand side of the box once again and opts to go for goal this time, slotting the ball under the on-rushing Shae Yanez to bring her side level.
