Wonder what Roberto de Zerbi said to his players at half-time.

Marseille look a completely different side in the second half and Newcastle are struggling to live with them.

Bayer Leverkusen still look dangerous on the counter.

Rayan Cherki tries to get the crowd going as he steps up to take the corner. Which comes to nothing and is given away.

    Too comfortable.

City try to put it down the right-hand side but Poku just headed it down and Doku couldn't get close. An aggressive press from Leverkusen.

Estevão Willian is pure football cream, a joy to watch. His flair, balance and fearless creativity evoke early Eden Hazard, and it feels like we’re witnessing Chelsea’s next true superstar in the making. The confidence, maturity and spark he brings at such a young age is simply extraordinary.

This whole situation in 5 minutes because of Pope. Many fans thought we would go for new number one during last summer, and the decision not to do so is beginning to cost us. He makes these mistakes every other game now whenever he comes off his line. Replace him.

  6. Juventus turn it around in Norwaypublished at 21:24 GMT

Juventus were 1-0 down against Bodo / Glimt but have turned the game around.

The Italians, looking for their first Champions League win of the season, equalised through Lois Openda and then thought they had taken the lead when Openda's cross was buried by Fabio Miretti, only for Openda to then be judged offside.

But Juventus then did score again, this time through Weston McKennie to lead with 30 minutes to go.

Borussia Dortmund doubled their lead against Villarreal after Serhou Guirassy scored his second of the night, converting a rebound after his penalty had been saved by away goalkeeeper Luiz Junior to make it 2-0.

The spot-kick had been conceded by ex-Tottenham defender Juan Foyth, who was sent off for handling the ball on the goalline.

Things then got worse for the Spanish side as Karim Adeyemi has added a third for the Germans.

Defeat tonight does not look too horrendous for Manchester City right now. They would drop to fifth as things stand. But that's before the other half of matches are played tomorrow night.

And with what happened last year in the play-offs, Pep Guardiola will want to avoid that.

Nick Pope has upended this game for Newcastle. He does this far too often. He’s a great shot stopper, but he’s a liability sometimes. Woeful.

    Chelsea 2-0 Barcelona

Chelsea fans have a new hero to worship.

We already knew Estevao Willian was special.

But to score a goal like that - against Barcelona....

Aged 18 years and 215 days, he is the third teenager to score in each of his first three Champions League starts after Kylian Mbappe (18 years and 113 days) and Erling Haaland (19 years 107 days).

Estevao deserves his place amongst such esteemed company after that finish.

Newcastle have got to keep a cool head.

Communicate with each other. They've got to keep sharper because they are being pressed much quicker. They will create at the other end but they've got to get through the next three or four minutes.
