    A naughty challenge, that.

    Ross County 0-1 Dundee United

It's been all United in this second-half. They look far more composed after scoring their goal and have kept County camped in their own half.

    Billy Dodds
Former Rangers striker on BBC Sportsound

You get the feeling Rangers are trying to walk it in at times. Tom Lawrence should be more ruthless there.

  6. Is a bigger league the answer?published at 16:08 British Summer Time 10 August

    John Robertson
Former Ross County manager on BBC Sportsound

Before United caught us out with that quick second-half goal, the Sportsound team were discussing the lack of young Scottish talent coming through...

We need to go to a 14-team league, at least. There needs to be more breathing space. Managers won't take chances with young players.

  7. goal

GOAL Ross County 0-1 Dundee Unitedpublished at 16:06 British Summer Time 10 August

    David Babunski

The worst possible start for County, who are punished for their first-half profligacy.

Will Ferry picks up a loose ball near the edge of the box and charges into the box, pulling it back to David Babunski who slots it into the bottom corner.

The captain puts them in front.

  10. Cerny catches the eyepublished at 16:00 British Summer Time 10 August

    HT: Rangers 2-1 Motherwell

Vaclav Cerny has really impressed for Rangers in his first start.

The Czech winger scored a fabulous goal and played a sensational pass that really should have led to the game's opening goal.

  11. 'Sting taken out by Well injuries'published at 15:56 British Summer Time 10 August

    HT: Rangers 2-1 Motherwell

    Martin Dowden
BBC Sport Scotland at Hampden Park

Motherwell have strangely benefitted from knocks to their players, which has taken the sting out of this. Not that they need any more injuries but that has let them bed in and get to half-time just one down.

It should be more. Rangers have played very well and will feel this margin should be far healthier.

  12. HALF-TIME Rangers 2-1 Motherwellpublished at 15:53 British Summer Time 10 August

Goals from Cyriel Dessers and Vaclav Cerny send Rangers into the break ahead against injury-hit Motherwell, who had levelled through Robin Propper's own goal at Hampden.

  15. HALF-TIME Ross County 0-0 Dundee Unitedpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 10 August

The scoreline does not tell the story of this one in Dingwall, it's been full of drama and energy.

We almost had a goal after 10 seconds when Miller Thomson missed from two yards out, and we've seen a penalty saved at the other end when Jack Walton denied Eamonn Brophy.

County will feel slightly more aggrieved to go in level. They have had more chances and looked more composed.

    Amy Canavan
BBC Scotland at East End Park

Kyle Benedictus just came agonisingly close to equalising for Dunfermline and hurt himself in the process.

The captain went down initially, continued, but is back down again.

James McPake's medical room is packed as is. He'll be crossing everything the big defender won't be joining them.
