I reckon this is the game of the day.

Is it a derby? Well that's up for debate, but there's no question that this is a fierce rivalry.

The atmosphere was building a good 90 minutes before kick-off outside on Halbeath Road and some Falkirk fans were already in their seats before 2pm.

Completely different starts to the season for both. For the Pars, it's been poor. For the Bairns, it's been brilliant.

I don't think the change of grounds will have a big impact on Rangers. It might be different for the fans and we know the Hampden atmosphere can be criticised with the pitch so far away at points.

Midweek signing Emmanuel Adegboyega comes straight into the United team in Jim Goodwin's only change from the Dundee derby draw last week.

The Irish defender joined on loan from Norwich on Wednesday and replaces Ross Graham at the back.

Nigerian winger Meshack Ubochioma is named on the bench and could make his debut if he comes on.

Aidan Denholm makes a first start, while Michael Efete, Scott Allardice and Eamonn Brophy all come in.

Six recognised defenders are in the Well team, so that could mean youngster Ewan Wilson is deployed in a more advanced role.

The centre-back replaces Leon Balogun, while Vaclav Cerny makes his first start for the club.
