    Everton 1-0 Liverpool

Olivia Smith gets a rare sight of goal and takes the chance to sting the palms of Courtney Brosnan.

We've not seen nearly enough of her creativity this afternoon and Liverpool have looked much worse for it.

  2. Postpublished at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time

    Leicester 0-1 Manchester United

United's first thought is 'go forward'. Not something we've seen that often from them this season.

Geyse drives into the box but her shot is blocked behind for a corner which Leicester clear.

    Everton 1-0 Liverpool

Liverpool are just playing back into the hands of Everton here as they continue to be sloppy with the ball in their own final third.

A mix up between Gemma Bonner and Teagan Micah presents Toni Payne with an opening but Bonner does well to recover and clear it.

United had just five shots last week against Aston Villa in around 103 minutes, including added time.

After 65 minutes today, they'd had 16 efforts on goal.

Whether Marc Skinner has asked his side to take more shots, or if it's because they are playing more fluently today, it is a much better performance - albeit one that has only yielded one goal so far.

    Everton 1-0 Liverpool

Everton have a rare foray into the Liverpool half through Lucy Hope and Toni Payne.

They attempt to get in behind with a one-two but Gemma Bonner reads it and marshalls the ball out of play for a goal kick.

  6. Postpublished at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time

    Leicester 0-1 Manchester United

Leicester make a switch. Missy Goodwin replaces Hannah Cain.

Cain had a glorious chance which she put wide at 0-0 in the first half.

    Everton 1-0 Liverpool

Cross after cross from Liverpool into the Everton box but Justine Vanhaevermaet and Megan Finnigan are standing strong.

We've got a brief stoppage in play as Vanhaevermaet is tended to for a head knock after her most recent aerial duel.

  11. Postpublished at 16:18 Greenwich Mean Time

    Leicester 0-1 Manchester United

Manchester United are looking very comfortable. Geyse is causing loads of danger every time she gets on the ball. Defenders around her are panicking.

  12. Postpublished at 16:17 Greenwich Mean Time

    Everton 1-0 Liverpool

Liverpool have come out with a point to prove in this second half, clearly fuelled by that injustice of wrongly conceding a penalty just before half time.

63.7 % possession and three shots at goal already, and they have very much upped the tempo.

Ahead of both United free kicks so far in this second half, two players have gone and stood in front of Leicester keeper Janina Leitzig as she sets up her wall.

On the second occasion it was picked up by Leicester fans who booed roundly, and referee Stacey Fullicks who had a word with the two players about sportsmanlike conduct.

Everton goalkeeper Courtney Brosnan has been excellent so far and that double save was incredible!

She was congratulated immediately by captain Megan Finnigan and Brosnan was clearly fired up, pointing to her head and gesturing to remain focused and switched on.

There was plenty of chat at half-time about that penalty decision and it raises the question, yet again, of whether VAR should be introduced in the WSL. It's a matter for the clubs and the WPLL - the company in charge of the league - to decide.

No. It's another poor delivery from Marie-Therese Hobinger, who again fails to beat the first player.

Liverpool have really missed her set piece prowess so far this afternoon.
