    Bromley 2-0 Gillingham

It's worth remembering, Gillingham are unbeaten in 17 games across all competitions.

That is the longest unbeaten run in the country.

That streak is in serious danger of coming to an end at the moment.

Gillingham just can't get the ball out of their own half and they're giving the ball away cheaply.

Bromley are absolutely rampant and dominating possession.

    Bromley 2-0 Gillingham

Bromley look so dangerous every time they come forward.

A beautiful ball is sailed in to Nicke Kabamba midway through the middle of the Gillingham half, he dribbles toward the goal and tries to chip the keeper but the ball is tipped.

Michael Cheek comes steaming in with a powerful header that is cleared off the line.

Gillingham really need to tighten up the defence.

    Bromley 2-0 Gillingham

Bromley boss Andy Woodman said recently that their September schedule would "test" their promotion credentials.

Well, we know Gillingham are quality and provide the toughest of tests in this league.

But the Ravens are certainly rising to the occasion.

    Ruthless so far.

    My word what a start.

Two goals from Bromley in five minutes.

    Can Gillingham respond?

Still plenty of football to play.

    Bromley have a second!

A towering header from Michael Cheek.

It was a perfect cross from the far side that landed perfectly for the Ravens striker, who glances it into the corner of the net, just beyond the Gills keeper at full stretch.

    Where did that come from?

Something out of nothing and a beauty from Nicke Kabamba.

The ball lands at his feet, on the nearside, just inside the box.

He turns and slashes at the ball with his left foot and it flies into the bottom corner of the Gillingham net.

The Gills keeper, Glenn Morris, couldn't do anything about it.

    Bromley 0-0 Gillingham

Gillingham's Elliot Nevitt blasts the ball over the bar!

Oh my ... he found himself in a good position on the far side edge of the six-yard-box.

Shoots from a tight angle with a Bromley defender on his hip, but he leans back and skies it over the stand.

    Bromley 0-0 Gillingham

Under way at Hayes Lane and let’s be clear, this game is a proper humdinger.

Both Bromley and Gillingham are undefeated this season and look incredibly strong so far.

The Ravens could go joint top of the League with a win.

The Gills could resume their position as outright leader and go two points clear, with a victory.

    Bromley v Gillingham (17:30 BST)

What a treat we have in store in the late kick-off, between two super charged, undefeated teams.

Bromley remain on a superb run and could make it four wins from seven league games, with a victory in front of home fans tonight.

Andy Woodman’s side could go top of the division with a win and will take confidence from the fact that they beat Gillingham twice last season.

Meanwhile, the visitors have come out the traps firing without a blemish on their record so far, with four wins and two draws in their six games so far.

The Gills could make it four league wins on the bounce with a win at Hayes Lane this evening and go top by two points.

Gareth Ainsworth’s side have held their own on the road so far this season with one win and two draws away from home.

You could argue there isn’t much to separate these sides early on in the new campaign.

Swindon are the new leaders after their win at Barrow while 10-man Walsall are level on points and back in the automatic promotion places they occupied for so long last season, after holding off Chesterfield, who lose ground along with Crewe, held to a draw at Colchester.

Grimsby are up to fourth after a stunning win at MK Dons but Gillingham and Bromley will know they can take over at the top if they can pick up three points in our evening game.

Oldham, Crawley, Shrewsbury and Cheltenham picked up their first wins at the other end, with Cheltenham's opponents Accrington now at the foot of the EFL.

A good day for Billy Sharp and Doncaster fans everywhere.

Rovers are level on points at the top after ending Bradford's unbeaten run while Huddersfield are a point back after coming from behind to see-off Peterborough, who remain rock-bottom with one point from seven games.

Port Vale stay a point ahead of them after their late defeat but Wycombe are off and running while Plymouth and Rotherham have also given themselves a boost away from trouble.

    FT: Doncaster 3-1 Bradford

    Andy Kiwomya
Ex-Bradford forward and head of performance on BBC Radio Leeds

The first half was a very difficult half and Bradford City were just sloppy in defending and got caught out when in possession.

Doncaster Rovers were more clinical in their finishing and took their chances, and finished the game off in the first half.

It made it really difficult for Bradford City in the second half and turn the game around.

They tried their best, but it wasn't their day.

So much drama around the grounds in League One today, and here is a rundown.

AFC Wimbledon had a nightmare afternoon at Bolton, losing 3-0 and going down to nine men. Goals from Mason Burstow, Amario Cozier-Duberry and Joel Randall were enough for the hosts, with Marcus Browne and Joe Lewis dismissed for the visitors.

Lincoln and Wigan drew 2-2, with James Collins' quickfire double sandwiched between Paul Mullin and Callum Wright strikes. Red cards for Rob Street and Christian Saydee meant it was ten men each at the end.

Charlie Wellens scored a 95th-minute winner for Leyton Orient at Port Vale after Aaron Connolly and Dom Ballard scored to cancel out Ryan Croasdale and Devante Cole goals for the hosts.

Danzel Hall's first-half strike was enough to see Rotherham past Exeter.

  20. 'Will this turn Argyle's season around?'published at 17:01 British Summer Time 6 September

    FT: Plymouth 4-2 Stockport

    Brent Pilnick
    BBC Sport at Home Park

Kyle Wootton's late goal failed to take the shine off an impressive win for Plymouth Argyle.

The Pilgrims looked a different side from the one that has stuttered after relegation from the Championship last season as they created chance after chance.

Stockport had their moments, and Wootton's goal was deserved, especially for their first-half efforts.

Will this be the win that turns Argyle's season around?
