Steve: OK, Leeds are leading but it's the same old story. Get to March then start struggling against poor opposition. Maybe not playing the same eleven game after game might help?

The second half action is coming up shortly.

We're unlikely to see a quicker start by any team to these second 45s than the one Luton made at Hull City earlier today.

Alfie Jones' own goal after just 11 seconds was the quickest goal scored after the break across the top four tiers this season.

    Bottom of the Championship

Portsmouth, Oxford, Stoke and Cardiff are all winning at half-time and you can see what these points would mean for their survival hopes.

Pompey and the U's are up to 16th and 17th respectively as things stand and seven clear of the drop, while the Potters and Bluebirds are four ahead of Derby in 22nd.

Not an ideal afternoon for the Rams so far who are watching on before they play Preston on Wednesday night.

  4. Postpublished at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    HT: Portsmouth 1-0 Blackburn

    Dan George
    BBC Sport at Fratton Park

Portsmouth will be very happy with their first half performance.

Their pace down the left has been the main asset, Colby Bishop's presence and hold-up play has also been crucial.

Blackburn have struggled to get into the game but in transition have looked most dangerous.

A big second half to come.

  5. Leeds top but not sitting comfortablypublished at 15:55 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Top of the Championship

Leeds United are 1-0 up against Swansea and going back to the top of the table as it stands.

However, the Swans have had a penalty saved and hit the post so you feel there's more twists and turns to come in that one.

Third-placed Burnley are a goal up against Bristol City and Middlesbrough are being beaten 1-0 at home by Oxford.

  6. 'Burnley look really comfortable'published at 15:53 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    HT: Burnley 1-0 Bristol City

    David Unsworth
Former Burnley and Everton defender on BBC Radio Lancashire

It's been great to watch, Burnley looked really comfortable.

If it was a boxing fight it'd be stopped.

They just need a cushion now and take the big hitters off.

Burnley have been fantastic but you never know.

  7. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:51 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Stoke 2-0 QPR

Stoke have been utterly dominant and could be further ahead, but sitting comfortably so far.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Middlesbrough 0-1 Oxford

Oxford have a crucial lead at the break in their fight to avoid relegation.

Michal Helik's powerful low drive has given them a lead and if they hold on, the U's will move seven points clear of the bottom three.

Boro have looked promising without delivering the final product, though Kelechi Iheanacho came close to an equaliser when he hammered against the crossbar shortly before half-time.

Can Michael Carrick's side claw their way back into it for the sake of their play-off ambitions?

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:50 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Portsmouth 1-0 Blackburn

Portsmouth leading at the break thanks to Josh Murphy's strike.

  10. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Leeds 1-0 Swansea

Brenden Aaronson celebrates scoring for Leeds against SwanseaImage source, Rex Features

Leeds have the lead of the game and the league but they have not had this one all their own way so far.

Brenden Aaronson put them a goal up after 35 seconds and you wondered whether they'd blow the struggling Swans away.

However, the visitors grew into the contest and had a great chance to level things up but Illan Meslier saved Josh Tymon's penalty.

Swansea defender Ben Cabango then saw a glancing header come back off the post and into the grateful arms of the French goalkeeper.

Alan Sheehan will believe there is something in this for his men.

  11. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Sunderland 1-0 Millwall

Sunderland celebrate Trai Hume's goal against MillwallImage source, PA Media

The Black Cats lead the Lions at half-time.

Trai Hume's second goal of the season gave the home side a deserved lead.

They didn't kick on from that though and the away side are still in this.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Cardiff 1-0 Sheff Wed

The strugglers have a deserved lead at the break.

Isaak Davies' low shot beat Pierce Charles, making his league debut for the Owls, at his near post to give the Bluebirds the advantage.

They've had chances to add to it since against a Wednesday team who you'd think need to turn this around to have any chance of a play-off push.

Cardiff four points clear of the bottom three as it stands.

  13. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Norwich 0-0 West Brom

Nothing to separate the two sides at the interval.

There have been chances at both ends with Norwich keeper Angus Gunn saving well from Torbjorn Heggem's header and West Brom stopper Joe Wildsmith thwarting Josh Sargent when he went clean through for the Canaries.

You feel the hosts need three points to keep any faint play-off hopes alive. A point might not be the end of the world for Albion if it stays this way.

  14. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Burnley 1-0 Bristol City

Burnley celebrate Zian Flemming's goal against Bristol CityImage source, PA Media

Burnley are deservedly ahead at the halfway stage and doing their job in the automatic promotion race.

Zian Flemming's spectacular free-kick from 25 yards is the difference but the Clarets could have been further ahead with both Jaidon Anthony and Connor Roberts also going close.

A lot of work to do for play-off chasing Bristol City against a side that have conceded only five goals in their past 25-and-a-half games.

GOAL - Stoke 2-0 QPRpublished at 15:46 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Junior Tchamadeu (44 mins)

Stoke's dominance pays off at a great moment!

Paul Nardi has done his bit to keep QPR in this and he did well again to deny Million Manhoef from point-blank range.

But the ball fell to Junior Tchamadeu, who lashed home his first goal for the club.

  16. INJURY TIMEpublished at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Leeds 1-0 Swansea

Into four minutes of time added on at the end of this first half.

Leeds will probably welcome the half-time whistle in truth.

  17. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Middlesbrough 0-1 Oxford

Middlesbrough almost strike back immediately! Finn Azaz plays Kelechi Iheanacho through into the box and it takes a few bounces before falling into his path but he hammers an effort off the crossbar!

  18. Postpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Stoke 1-0 QPR

Another chance goes begging for Stoke as Sam Gallagher sees a header blocked by Paul Nardi.

  19. Postpublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Sunderland 1-0 Millwall

Luke Cundle draws a save from Sunderland goalkeeper Anthony Patterson as the away side look for a way back into this game.

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 15:40 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

    Leeds 1-0 Swansea

Swansea defender Hannes Delcroix is in the book for a push on Dan James.

    Nothing comes from the free-kick.
