  1. Huge opportunity for inconsistent Hornetspublished at 12:14 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

Watford will hope to get an early boost to their play-off hopes when they host bottom club Plymouth at Vicarage Road.

Tom Cleverley has seemingly been under pressure for weeks, but his side can go within two points of the top six with a win, at least for a few hours.

But their last six games perfectly encapsulate an inconsistent season, with three wins, two defeats and a draw.

But they face a Plymouth side running out of time in the relegation battle. Only a win will give them a chance of getting off the foot of the table today.

With one win in their last six in all competitions, conceding nine goals in their last four outings, the outlook isn't good.

  2. Hull welcome Hatters for six-pointerpublished at 12:11 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

Talk about end of season pressure, this one is huge.

Hull City have won two and drawn two of their past four matches to move three points clear of the bottom three.

In the away dressing room are a Luton side who could, temporarily at least, climb to within one point of safety should they take the points this afternoon.

Home wins have been especially hard to come by for the Tigers this season, their four from 19 games.

The Hatters' away form doesn't make for great reading either though, they've taken eight points from 19 matches on the road this season, the joint-worst along with bottom side Plymouth.

What happens when a stoppable force hits a moveable object?

  3. Blades apply the pressurepublished at 12:08 Greenwich Mean Time 29 March

Championship action returned last night following the final international break of the season and Sheffield United swept aside play-off chasing Coventry City in style to return to the summit.

From the moment Gus Hamer curled in an excellent free-kick from 25 yards against his former side, the Blades dominated the game.

Tyrese Campbell guided in the second before Rhian Brewster smashed home his first goal at Bramall Lane for three years.

Jack Rudoni steered in a late consolation from close range for the Sky Blues, who remain fifth but with West Bromwich Albion and Bristol City breathing down their necks in the top-six scrap.

Chris Wilder's side have done their job for the weekend and now it's over to Leeds United and Burnley...
