  1. 'Nuno will not be happy'published at 20:27 British Summer Time 28 August

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Newcastle

    Clinton Morrison
Former Republic of Ireland striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Forest cannot give the ball away and keep getting counter-attacked like this.

It's another brilliant break from Newcastle, it comes back to Joelinton and I thought it would creep in - Nuno will not be happy.

  2. goal

GOAL - AFC Wimbledon 1-1 Ipswichpublished at 20:27 British Summer Time 28 August

    Omar Bugiel (40 mins)

Omar Bugiel celebrates scoringImage source, PA Media

Just as I said Wimbledon have done well!

It's such a tempting delivery into the box and Omar Bugiel gets up well to head League Two Wimbledon level.

    This one certainly wasn't offside!

  3. Postpublished at 20:27 British Summer Time 28 August

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Newcastle

Nottingham Forest have been poor at the back but don't look too bad coming forward. They are certainly in this as Elliot Anderson fires well over.

That came after a chance for Newcastle on the counter through Joelinton.

    Definitely more goals in this.

Credit to League Two side Wimbledon for sticking in this clash against Ipswich. They fell behind in the third minute but they've reacted well and should be level after a poor decision ruled Omar Bugiel's goal for offside.

  5. goal

GOAL - Swansea 0-1 Wycombepublished at 20:26 British Summer Time 28 August

    Richard Kone (40 mins)

    Commentator's curse...

Richard Kone has had a good half for Wycombe and he's got his reward with a good finish inside the box.

It's good play out on the right and Kone lifts it perfectly into the roof of the net when it comes his way.

  6. Postpublished at 20:26 British Summer Time 28 August

    Swansea 0-0 Wycombe

Only one shot on target in this match. A pretty tame one from Wycombe early on.

  7. Postpublished at 20:25 British Summer Time 28 August

    West Ham 0-0 Bournemouth

Ooh, a West Ham chance. Sort of.

They attack down the left and a ball across the face of goal is not anticipated well enough by Niclas Fullkrug. He gets a toe to it, but the ball bounces harmlessly off target when he was in a really good position.

  8. Postpublished at 20:22 British Summer Time 28 August

    West Ham 0-0 Bournemouth

I've just been messaged by someone at the ground for this one saying they are already thinking about who their penalty takers will be.

It has been that sort of game.

  9. 'Forest are getting opened up'published at 20:21 British Summer Time 28 August

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Newcastle

Carlos Miguel gets down very well, he's a big lad and he makes a good save again.

Forest are still getting opened up.

  10. Postpublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 28 August

    Colchester 0-0 Brentford

After an encouraging start for Colchester, the Premier League side are starting to control things now, though they have barely tested the hosts.

  11. CLOSE!published at 20:21 British Summer Time 28 August

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Newcastle

Newcastle play some nice football going forward and a good move ends with Carlos Miguel pushing away a decent Miguel Almiron drive.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 28 August

    Wolves 1-0 Burnley

Goncalo Guedes of Wolverhampton Wanderers scoresImage source, Getty Images

Half-time at Molineux and it's Premier League side Wolves who are in the lead thanks to Goncalo Guedes' 38th minute goal.

Scott Parker will need to rally his men at the break if they are to get back into this one.

  13. Postpublished at 20:19 British Summer Time 28 August

    West Ham 0-0 Bournemouth

We've just passed the half hour mark and West Ham fans will be feeling a bit shortchanged in the entertainment stakes here. The stats I'm seeing are saying the Hammers have had a shot, but I'm struggling to remember seeing one.

  14. Postpublished at 20:19 British Summer Time 28 August

    Swansea 0-0 Wycombe

Wycombe's Kieran Sadlier, making his 50th appearance today, drills one wide of the far post. It was worth a go because neither side are creating much at all.

  15. 'Tonali was breathing heavy'published at 20:18 British Summer Time 28 August

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Newcastle

    Kevin Nolan

As soon as Joe Willock went down Sandro Tonali was breathing heavy and he was taking in the water!

He will be enjoying it out there - he should've had a goal, but it was a fantastic save from Carlos Miguel.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:18 British Summer Time 28 August

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Newcastle

Newcastle are forced into an early change and it is the goalscorer Joe Willock who has to go off with a thigh injury. He understandably looks devastated. On comes Bruno Guimaraes.

  17. Postpublished at 20:18 British Summer Time 28 August

    Cardiff City 1-2 Southampton

    Ian Mitchelmore
BBC Sport Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium

It's raining goals here in south Wales and Southampton are back in front thanks to what was a wonderful team move.

He missed a big chance earlier on in the game, but Sam Amo-Ameyaw bends home after being picked out by Charlie Taylor following a slick passing move to put Saints 2-1 up.

    Russell Martin enjoyed that one.

  18. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 28 August

    West Ham 0-0 Bournemouth

A frustrating couple of minutes for Alex Scott. He has a great opportunity to play a ball through the defence but loses possession and then gets booked for pulling back Jarrod Bowen as the West Ham forward tried to break forward.

  19. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 20:15 British Summer Time 28 August

    AFC Wimbledon 0-1 Ipswich

Omar Bugiel is so unlucky there. He thinks he's levelled for Wimbledon but the flag goes up for offside. No VAR here to check either.

Just seen the replay and he was a good body width onside. Poor decision.

  20. goal

GOAL - Cardiff 1-2 Southamptonpublished at 20:15 British Summer Time 28 August

    Samuel Amo-Ameyaw (30 mins)

Samuel Amo-Ameyaw celebratesImage source, PA Media

All the good goals are coming from Cardiff.

It's another brilliant finish and Southampton quickly restore their lead.

It's Samuel Amo-Ameyaw's first goal for Southampton and he takes it superbly after lovely one-touch build-up from the visitors.

There's flicks, sharp touches in the box and a good run from Amo-Ameyaw before he places it firmly into the left corner.
