  1. End in sight for Hanlon and Hibs?published at 16:05 British Summer Time 27 April

    HT: St Johnstone 0-2 Hibernian

Paul Hanlon made his Hibs debut in January 2008, but his long Easter Road career may soon be over as the defender approaches the end of his contract.

He certainly enjoyed that goal. His first since May 2023.

  5. HALF-TIME St Johnstone 0-2 Hibernianpublished at 15:55 British Summer Time 27 April

Two equally thrilling moments for Hibs - a wonderstrike from Emiliano Marcondes and a rare goal for club stalwart Paul Hanlon.

St Johnstone might consider themselves unlucky to be two goals behind. They've enjoyed spells of possession, have tried to knock it around nicely, and Dan Phillips has probably been the pick of the players.

But Hibs have been a little more direct and clinical. They have missed chances though. Will that come back to bite them?

  6. 'Not a classic'published at 15:53 British Summer Time 27 April

    HT: Aberdeen 0-0 Motherwell

Not much to say about this one other than it has been very poor.

Lets hope for better after the break.

  7. HALF-TIME Kilmarnock 0-0 Heartspublished at 15:52 British Summer Time 27 April

Goalless at the break in Ayrshire.

Hearts pair Kenneth Vargas and Cammy Devlin have both hit the woodwork, whilst Kilmarnock have failed to have a shot on target.

  8. CLOSE!published at 15:52 British Summer Time 27 April

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Hearts

Frankie Kent heads over from close range after reacting quickest to meet a skewed Kilmarnock clearance falling from the sky.

  9. 'Hearts fans far happier'published at 15:52 British Summer Time 27 April

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Hearts

    Kheredine Idessane

There are a few grumbles from the Kilmarnock fans around me in the main stand. They've watched their side largely bossed around.

Hearts have twice hit the bar, with Will Dennis much the busier of the two keepers. At the moment, you can see who's third and who's fourth in the table. It could all change in a moment, of course.

  10. Postpublished at 15:51 British Summer Time 27 April

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Hearts

Hearts midfielder Beni Baningime went down off the ball and is now heading off the park after receiving treatment for a few minutes. He appeared to be in some discomfort.

Youngster Macauley Tait is on in his place.

  11. HALF-TIME - Aberdeen 0-0 Motherwellpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 27 April

That was not a first half that will live long in the memory.

Stephen O'Donnell's effort, which was saved by Aberdeen keeper Kelle Roos, was the only chance of serious note until the end of the half, when Roos was tested with a header.

Both sides will hope for better after the break.

  12. Postpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 27 April

    St Johnstone 0-2 Hibernian

Bad news for St Johnstone. Adama Sidibeh, who has threatened the Hibs back line a few times, is off hurt.

    Benjamin Kimpioka is on.

  13. Postpublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 27 April

    Aberdeen 0-0 Motherwell

Connor Barron pings a magnificent pass across the pitch for Jamie McGrath, and it's eventually worked to Dante Polvara on the edge of the box.

The Aberdeen midfielder smashes a shot but it flies wide.

Up the other end, Georgie Gent crosses for Blair Spittal, who heads at Kelle Roos.

  14. HALF-TIME Livingston 1-0 Ross Countypublished at 15:49 British Summer Time 27 April

Hope springs eternal at Livingston with Bruce Anderson's goal bringing the bottom side to within nine points of opponents Ross County as things stand.

All Livi can do is win and winning is what they are doing just now but County are far from out of this. Remember, they were a goal down at the break last time out against Rangers and ended up with a 3-2 victory.

  15. goal

GOAL St Johnstone 0-2 Hibernianpublished at 15:46 British Summer Time 27 April

    Paul Hanlon

The throw-in results in a goal!

Substitute Paul Hanlon flicks on at the front post, but the ball comes back to him. He leathers it into Liam Gordon, it comes back to him again, and he rattles it right-footed into the bottom corner.

  17. Postpublished at 15:45 British Summer Time 27 April

    St Johnstone 0-1 Hibernian

Martin Boyle steals the ball from Andy Considine on the edge of the Hibs box and gets fouled, before getting back to his feet.

Advantage is played and Boyle bombs forward, getting all the way into the Saints box before he tries to chip the keeper.

It's a terrible effort though and Dimitar Mitov beats the under-hit dink away and the ball is cleared for a throw-in. Huge opportunity missed.

  18. Postpublished at 15:44 British Summer Time 27 April

    Livingston 1-0 Ross County

Daniel Mackay's shot on the turn is held by Ross County goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw.

It's chances like those Livi really need to be putting away to give themselves some daylight.

  19. Postpublished at 15:43 British Summer Time 27 April

    St Johnstone 0-1 Hibernian

This time it's a slack St Johnstone pass that allows Hibs forward.

Joe Newell drives towards the box before slipping in Emiliano Marcondes. The Danish midfielder tries to backheel the ball to Chris Cadden, but it's sloppy the full-back can only scuff a show wide for a goal kick.

  20. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:41 British Summer Time 27 April

    Kilmarnock 0-0 Hearts

Hearts hit the crossbar for the second time this afternoon as Cammy Devlin's near-perfect curling strike bounces off the junction.

Moments earlier, Jorge Grant was denied by a solid, smothering Will Dennis stop.
