"We've only watched the last three games because they definitely look a little bit different," Barnsley boss Conor Hourihane said of today's opponents Wycombe Wanderers.

The Chairboys have a relatively new face in the dug-out after Michael Duff replaced Mike Dodds in September as the side look to regain the form that put them in the play-offs last season - something Duff managed to do with the Tykes not all that long ago.

Barnsley, though, are also eyeing a chance at promotion but this time the responsibility falls on Hourihane, who has currently put the side just two points outside of the top six.

The Irishman is not looking to copy the Duff playbook with his own approach, but there is one thing he's keen on emulating from a beloved figure in Barnsley's recent history.

"In recent years, he [Duff] was the most connected to fans and to the club, which is something we've tried to do over the summer, so from that point of view there's definitely similarities that you try and take from his reign," Hourihane told BBC Radio Sheffield.

Thanks to Bradford City's draw with Rotherham on Thursday night, both Stevenage and Lincoln City have the chance to top the table this afternoon with a victory.

While at the other end, the Millers could find themselves bottom of the table if Peterborough, Burton Albion and Blackpool can find points in their respective matches.

The most joyous, heart-breaking day of the week has arrived and with it battles between Huddersfield and Stockport, Walsall and Bristol Rovers, Stevenage and Luton to name a few.

So get out your cinnamon rolls, sit down with a pal and... maybe leave the vodka in the cupboard for later because we've got a long afternoon of League One and Two action to build up to starting now.
