    Bayern Munich 0-1 Inter Milan

    It's not Harry Kane's night.

Michael Olise has a dart towards goal and then lays one off to the 31-year-old. But the angle is against him and he drags a strike off target.

Is this Real Madrid side proof that it takes more than having a team full of attacking superstars?

    Arsenal 3-0 Real Madrid

Jude Bellingham is very lucky not to pick up a yellow card for hauling down Martin Odegaard.

A booking would rule him out of the second leg, of course.

    Bayern Munich 0-1 Inter Milan

Back to Munich. Triple change for Bayern. Off go Leroy Sane, Raphael Guerreiro and Kim Min-Jae.

On come Serge Gnabry, Sacha Boey and Thomas Muller - who announced he'd be leaving the club in the summer.

Not much happening in terms of chances. Time is running out for the hosts.

  7. 'Any forward in the world would be proud of that strike'published at 21:36 British Summer Time 8 April

    Arsenal 3-0 Real Madrid

    Matt Upson
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

We've been complaining that Arsenal don't have a centre forward on the pitch but any forward in the world would be proud of that strike from Mikel Merino.

He puts it right in the corner and gives Thibaut Courtois no chance.

Again, it was Declan Rice powering forward with the ball at his feet.

That is not an easy finish at all because he was going away from goal. He moved three or four yards to give himself some space - it made it a difficult task. What a strike! Superb connection.

This place can't believe it. It is nothing more than they deserve. They have given nothing away in the second half.

    Wow.

This place is going off. The supporters around us cannot believe it. I don't think Real Madrid can believe it.

    The swagger from Arsenal.

    Dreamland for Arsenal!

The ball is played into Mikel Merino on the edge of the box and he finishes expertly into the bottom corner.

    Incredible.

  13. Rice does it again!published at 21:32 British Summer Time 8 April

    Arsenal 2-0 Real Madrid

    Alex Howell
BBC football news reporter at the Emirates Stadium

That free kick is ridiculously good. It's another curling effort and so far in the corner it goes in the net just behind the post!

  14. Postpublished at 21:32 British Summer Time 8 April

    Arsenal 2-0 Real Madrid

Martin Odegaard put his hands on his head as Declan Rice hammered that into the top corner.

Yep, it was one of them.

  15. 'What a brilliant double free kick special from Rice'published at 21:31 British Summer Time 8 April

    Arsenal 2-0 Real Madrid

    Matt Upson
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 Live

    Unbelievable.

I don't think anyone expected that to happen. Why not? Because the first one was an absolute screamer and you think he can't beat that.

This free kick is absolutely superb. It has bend. It has power. Question marks over the wall from Real Madrid, but it is such a lovely free kick hit right into the postage stamp.

What a brilliant double free kick special from Declan Rice.

  16. Postpublished at 21:31 British Summer Time 8 April

I think Declan Rice has been practicing free-kicks.

  17. 'Absolutely incredible'published at 21:31 British Summer Time 8 April

    Arsenal 2-0 Real Madrid

    Alan Shearer
Former England striker on Amazon Prime

You thought the first one was impressive? Goodness me. The accuracy, the power, the bend and the control on it.

Thibaut Courtois left a big gap because he thought he was going to go over the wall. It just sensational. Courtois is nowhere near it.

    It is absolutely incredible.

    WOW AGAIN!

Declan Rice has put this free-kick into the postage stamp. That is absolutely incredible.

    Speechless.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:29 British Summer Time 8 April

    Arsenal 1-0 Real Madrid

Amidst the drama, Bukayo Saka was fouled by Eduardo Camavinga and picks up a yellow card that will rule him out of the second leg.

Declan Rice to go again here?

  20. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:29 British Summer Time 8 April

    Bayern Munich 0-1 Inter Milan

They call that one taking one for the team.

With Harry Kane racing down on goal Henrikh Mkhitaryan wipes him out with a slide tackle. Easy booking. Bayern have a free-kick in a dangerous position.

They don't do anything with it though.
