Mikel Merino is laying prone on the floor and I'm not quite sure why but he's been dragged up by a few Madrid players.

    How is it not 2-0?!

Myles Lewis-Skelly does brilliantly to force his way into the box as Gabriel Martinelli forces Thibaut Courtois into a save.

David Alaba then gets back on the line to clear the danger as Arsenal win another corner.

    Arsenal 1-0 Real Madrid

It is interesting how little Jude Bellingham has influenced the game on the ball for Real Madrid. Arsenal have done a great job of stopping Madrid getting into their rhythm, especially in midfield.

  8. Postpublished at 21:23 British Summer Time 8 April

    Bayern Munich 0-1 Inter Milan

Almost something out of nothing for Bayern. Raphael Guerreiro gets to a loose ball on the edge of the box, chests it under control, and then loops a volley just over.

One for the stattos out there: Bayern Munich are yet to have a shot on target in this second half despite holding 67.1% of the possession.

This is the best tactic for Arsenal, just go for it. You've got the goal, you've got the momentum, go and see if you can get a second.

What a hit from Declan Rice! That is how to take a free kick! Everyone in the stadium, including Thibaut Courtois, expected Bukayo Saka to line it up.

It is absolute precision from Rice. He is able to bend it around the wall and inside that far post.

A fan behind me was shouting "smash it Declan, smash it" and that's exactly what he has done! A bit of finesse and a bit of curl. What a strike!

It is absolutely magnificent. The keeper had no chance.
