  1. CLOSE!published at 16:31 British Summer Time 18 April

    Wrexham 0-1 Bristol Rovers

So close to a leveller for Wrexham... Ryan Longman floats a great ball into the box and Steven Fletcher gets on the end of it but his header bounces into the ground and goes narrowly over the bar via the fingertips of Jed Ward in the visiting goal.

Bristol Rovers are still clinging on and the Red Dragons will lose ground in the race for automatic promotion unless they can salvage this.

  2. goal

GOAL Carlisle 3-2 Port Valepublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 18 April

    Sam Hart (70 mins)

    Hold on x2.

Jayden Stockley and Sam Hart both have stabs at it in front of goal before the latter finally forces it beyond Gabriel Breeze.

Panic on the streets of Carlisle?

  3. League One updatespublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 18 April

A quite incredible performance from Blackpool's Rob Apter who within 12 second-half minutes has scored a hat-trick for the Tangerines a they lead 3-0 at Stevenage.

Elsewhere, Barnsley now lead Leyton Orient 3-2. Davis Keillor-Dunn had extended the visitors lead before the O's grabbed one back through Charlie Kelman.

Lincoln City lead at Reading thanks to James Collins' 65th minute strike.

  6. Postpublished at 16:28 British Summer Time 18 April

    Wrexham 0-1 Bristol Rovers

Bristol Rovers with a rare breakaway and it ends with Kofi Shaw getting a shot away from distance.

It's easy for Wrexham keeper Arthur Okonkwo to gather and the Red Dragons will come back again...

  7. Postpublished at 16:28 British Summer Time 18 April

    Tranmere 0-2 Doncaster

Tranmere giving it a go now and Regan Hendry has a shot saved.

Is it too little, too late?

  8. CLOSE!published at 16:27 British Summer Time 18 April

    Huddersfield 0-0 Cambridge United

A through ball from Huddersfield's Ben Wiles almost gets Dion Charles in but he is met by a smothering Jack Stevens.

The ball breaks kindly to the left foot of Antony Evans but his effort from outside the box is tame and Stevens make an important save

The visitors are living dangerously. Remember, a goal for the hosts and, as it stands, Cambridge will be relegated today.

  9. Postpublished at 16:26 British Summer Time 18 April

    Carlisle 3-1 Port Vale

We have 12,305 fans inside Brunton Park this afternoon.

It's gone quiet after that Vale goal - even the away supporters seem a bit subdued.

  10. Postpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 18 April

    Tranmere 0-2 Doncaster

Ted Sharman-Lowe denies Tranmere's Cameron Norman as the home side look for a way back.

  11. Postpublished at 16:24 British Summer Time 18 April

    Wrexham 0-1 Bristol Rovers

What makes this current scoreline all the more astonishing - aside from the fact Bristol Rovers are battling relegation and have lost six on the bounce - is their away record until now...

The Gas have only won three times on the road this season and have picked up just one point from 15 away games against sides in the top 17 places in League One before today.

Into the final 25 minutes at the Racecourse Ground. Can the Red Dragons turn it around?

  12. goal

GOAL Walsall 1-2 Harrogatepublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 18 April

    Ellis Taylor (62 mins)

The Walsall misery just goes on.

Ellis Taylor has a chance of the edge of the box but his shot takes a huge deflection and rolls past Tommy Simkin.

A sixth of the season for the Harrogate man, a hammer blow for the fast-fading Saddlers.

  13. 'Vale have a fighting chance'published at 16:23 British Summer Time 18 April

    Carlisle 3-1 Port vale

    Adam Yates
Former Vale defender on BBC Radio Stoke

Vale have got a bit of a fighting chance now.

You can hear the mood in the stadium change slightly.

Carlisle are still in a commanding position, but that's one back.

  14. goal

GOAL Carlisle 3-1 Port Valepublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 18 April

    Jayden Stockley (61 mins)

    Hold on...

Ben Garrity gets on the end of a ball to the far post and nods back for Jayden Stockley to convert.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 16:22 British Summer Time 18 April

    Wrexham 0-1 Bristol Rovers

Phil Parkinson rings the changes in hope of swinging this game back in Wrexham's favour.

James McClean and Steven Fletcher are on for Jay Rodriguez and Ryan Barnett.

Shaqai Forde and Clinton Mola came on a little earlier for the visitors, with Luke Thomas and Gatlin O'Donkor withdrawn.

  16. CLOSE!published at 16:21 British Summer Time 18 April

    Bromley 1-0 Morecambe

Morecambe go close twice in as many minutes - they have made a good response since going behind.

First, Bromley give the ball away at the back which allows Andy Dallas in on goal but his chipped effort is well saved by Grant Smith and the ball goes out for a corner.

From it, Max Taylor whips in an excellent centre which is met by the head of Lee Angol but his effort is brilliantly kept out again by Smith.

  17. Postpublished at 16:20 British Summer Time 18 April

    Walsall 1-1 Harrogate

    Michael Beardmore
BBC Sport at Poundland Bescot Stadium

The last time Walsall were outside of the League Two automatic promotion places was 22 November - almost five months ago.

But, with Doncaster two up at Tranmere, that's where they'll find themselves tonight unless they can turn one point into three in the second half here.

No real signs of the Saddlers doing that so far though in what is becoming an increasingly nervy afternoon for the hosts and their support at the Bescot.

  18. 'They can feel a momentum shift'published at 16:19 British Summer Time 18 April

    Bolton 0-1 Wycombe

    James Richings
Wycombe summariser on BBC Three Counties Radio

What a goal! He couldn't miss, he's buried it beyond Baxter.

That's two-in-two and a massive goal in the promotion race, it's a really good headed finish.

This could be the biggest half-hour in Wycombe's season, they can feel a momentum shift.

  19. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 18 April

    Tranmere 0-2 Doncaster

Regan Hendry sets-up a chance for Kristian Dennis and his shot comes back off the frame of the goal.

    Maybe....just maybe...
