Arsenal have played well in patches. There was one part in the game where Wolves were working back into it and creating some chances but Arsenal re-asserted their dominance and took control once more with that second goal.
Since then there has been absolutely no doubt about the result.

Bournemouth have been re-energised in the second half but Matz Sels in the Forest goal has not made a serious save after the break.
The Cherries have found some momentum and the nerves are creeping in at the City Ground but Forest remain solid. Bournemouth have not done enough to break them down.

Into five minutes of stoppage time with Arsenal on the verge of taking the three points. It will be a deserved win, although Bukayo Saka's strike came at a good time with Wolves just starting to build belief.

The 10 men of Newcastle are penned in. But Southampton just can't get through. They have a rare enough shot on target but Carlos Alcarez doesn't get a load of power onto his header and Nick Pope catches.

It's a classic counter against 10 men. The ball is shipped out to Simon Adingra on the the right who cuts inside on to his left and curls a brilliant strike into the far bottom corner.

West Ham have lost just one of their last 12 Premier League games against Aston Villa (W6 D5), a 4-1 loss at Villa Park last season.
Aston Villa are winless in their last nine Premier League away games against West Ham (D5 L4), since a 2-1 victory at Upton Park in April 2011.
West Ham have lost on five of the six occasions they’ve begun a Premier League campaign against a side who finished in the previous season’s top four. The only exception was a 2-0 away win at Arsenal in 2015-16.
West Ham have won their opening Premier League match in just one of the last eight seasons (D1 L6), beating Newcastle 4-2 in 2021-22. Indeed, the Hammers have lost their opening game in the Premier League more often than any other side (15).
