    Rangers 2-1 Union Saint-Gilloise

Rangers are lucky to still be in front here. Ross Sykes heads a free-kick across goal and Kevin Rodriguez can't score from a couple of yards away. Heart in mouth moment for Rangers there.

  2. Late drama incoming?published at 21:50 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January

Valdemar Andreasen levels for Midtjylland against Fenerbahce.

Jose Mourinho's team drop down to 24th and are still in the competition by the slenderest of margins. Their goal difference is one goal better than Braga.

Could there be some more late drama in that match?

Meanwhile, Anderlecht have scored twice and are now 4-3 down against Hoffenheim, they need two quick goals to jump above Rangers and qualify for the last 16.

Everyone knows Tottenham can't keep players on the pitch and are down to the bare bones.

However, albeit against lesser opposition, Dane Scarlett, 20, and now Damola Ajayi, 19, have both scored to give these fans and this club a lift.

There have been questions about why more academy players, from a club which won the under-21s league last season, have not been given more of a chance under Ange Postecoglou, amid this injury crisis.

I have been saying this from day one, Mainoo has to play higher up the pitch as one of the two inside forwards. He is so effective there!

    Tottenham 2-0 Elfsborg

Tottenham go through in fourth place as things stand.

This result, and others around Europe, would eliminate Elfsborg, who thought for so long this evening they might be sneaking through.

Damola Ajayi combines well with Dane Scarlett, he plays the ball and follows it, runs onto the ball and strokes it into the corner. These two young players have come on and changed the game for Spurs. And look at the players on the sideline too, they're so pleased for the young kid.

    Kevin Mac Allister (84 mins)

    Nervy times for Rangers now.

The ball is delivered into the box and it's Kevin Mac Allister (yes, Alexis' brother) who loops a header over Jack Butland. No idea why he was so far out of his goal but Union won't care.

It's being checked for offside once again...
