  1. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:02 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

Peterborough win a free kick after Harvey Mills was fouled by Stockport goalscorer Odin Bailey, who is shown yellow.

It doesn't come to much and both sides are just probing when in possession.

Intriguing encounter at Edgeley Park. Could genuinely go either way.

  2. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 1-1 Cheltenham

The rain has just picked up at Priestfield which may make it interesting for both keepers in the second half.

Meanwhile, Cheltenham gaffer Michael Flynn makes the first change of the night with Lewis Payne being brought on to replace Joel Colwill.

  3. Postpublished at 21:01 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

it's pretty much all Wycombe at the moment. It's just a case of whether they can find that final pass.

Fred Onyedinma does a few stepovers inside the box before running it out of play.

Backs to the walls a bit here for Bolton.

  4. CLOSE!published at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Crewe 0-0 Colchester United

Good bit of pressure from the hosts early in the second-half!

Ryan Cooney puts a dangerous ball into the Colchester box but it is cut out before it reaches Shilow Tracey who would have had a tap-in otherwise.

  5. Postpublished at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Cambridge 0-3 Huddersfield

Just as they did in the first half, Cambridge have started the second period well.

But also as in the first half, Huddersfield are just regaining control again. Herbie Kane plays a great ball down the left to Josh Koroma who beats a man and cuts inside but sees his cross cut out.

  6. CLOSE!published at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 1-1 Cheltenham

So close to Gillingham retaking the lead!

The ball finds itself to last Saturday's match winner Robbie McKenzie but his low drive from just outside the box goes inches wide of Joe Day's right hand post with the Cheltenham shotstopper beaten.

    Good effort!

  7. 'Wycombe all over them'published at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

I don't know what's changed but Wycombe are getting behind Bolton far easier so far.

Wanderers have not started yet, Wycombe are all over them.

They've had a few half chances already.

  8. Postpublished at 20:56 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Promising start to the second half for Wycombe.

Beryly Lubala plays a clever quick free-kick to Alex Hartridge down the left but he hits a cross straight out of play.

Moments later, Cameron Humphreys hits a first time effort well over the bar.

A couple of good openings for the hosts, though.

  9. Postpublished at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Crewe 0-0 Colchester

No half-time changes from either side with Crewe boss Lee Bell having forwards Omar Bogle and Chris Long to choose from if he so wishes in the second-half.

Danny Cowley will be happy with how his Colchester side performed in the first half with the visitors now closing in on 11 hours without conceding a goal in all competitions.

The last goal the U's gave up came against Bradford City on 16th November!

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 20:54 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

Donay O'Brien-Brady is on early in the second half for Peterborough. He takes the place of Hector Kyprianou.

  11. PENALTY APPEALpublished at 20:53 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Cries for a penalty by Wycombe as Cameron Humphreys gets to the byeline and thumps a ball at Jay Matete's hand from point blank range.

The ref says no. That would've been very harsh.

  12. Postpublished at 20:51 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

Stockport are doing the early attacking in this second half. Louie Barry fires in a cross and it's blocked behind for a corner.

Peterborough are able to deal with it, though.

  13. Postpublished at 20:49 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Cambridge 0-3 Huddersfield

Cambridge come straight forward in search of hope in this game and Dan Nlundulu plays it through to Shayne Lavery but he hits his effort wide of the target.

  14. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:47 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

Off we go for the second half of our three League One and two League Two matches.

Cambridge need a minor miracle, while Stockport, Peterborough, Wycombe and Bolton will all be going in search of a winner.

As will Crewe, Colchester, Gillingham and Cheltenham.

    Big 45 incoming, then...

  15. 'Much the better side'published at 20:46 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    HT: Crewe 0-0 Colchester

    David Gregory
    Ex-Colchester midfielder on BBC Essex

A really good start from Colchester, we looked much the better side.

Crewe came into it as the half went on and it became a bit of cat and mouse.

We finished the half well and could have scored just before the break.

  16. 'Bodies on the line'published at 20:44 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    HT: Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

    Phil Brown
Former Bolton assistant manager on BBC Radio Manchester

I see a lot of quality and belief, they are a big unit, a big team.

Sam Allardyce would be going overboard with their set pieces, Bolton have to deal with it and they have put their body on the line.

If they continue to play like that, they have a chance in the second half, I want to see them higher up the pitch to test the keeper.

They’re hitting the front man, just not with enough quality.

  17. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:34 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 1-1 Cheltenham

An entertaining half of football at Priestfield and the teams go in level at the break.

The hosts opened the scoring halfway through the first period when Jayden Clarke pounced on Elliott Nevin's spilled shot to give the Gills a well-earned lead.

Cheltenham did not lie down though and a fabulous free-kick from distance by Luke Young restored parity for the Robins 12 minutes later.

Replays suggest it could have been a cross, could have been a shot, but we'll give him the benefit of the doubt this time.

  18. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Crewe 0-0 Colchester

Crewe's Matus Holicek is tackled by Colchester's Arthur ReadImage source, Rex Features

All square at half-time at Gresty Road.

The hosts have the opportunity to go second in League Two tonight but it is Colchester who have been the better of the two teams.

Lyle Taylor was closest to breaking the deadlock right at the end of the first-half but his shot from distance was excellently saved by Crewe's Filip Marschall.

  19. CLOSE!published at 20:33 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Crewe 0-0 Colchester United

The visitors have shaded this first-half and are so close to opening the scoring right on half-time.

Veteran forward Lyle Taylor, back in the team tonight, hits an excellent shot from distance but Crewe keeper Filip Marschall is equal to it and keeps it out.

  20. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:32 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Fred Onyadinma takes on Szabolcs SchonImage source, Rex Features

Goalless between the league leaders and promotion-chasers.

Chances have been few and far between and the game has yet to really come to life.

Bolton started well before Wycombe regained more control. Aaron Collins came closest when his effort across goal for the visitors was tipped behind by Franco Ravizzoli.

Work to do for the Chairboys if they're to guarantee being top on Christmas Day.
