Tyreeq Bakinson in action for Wycombe v BoltonImage source, PA Media

Just as we say Bolton have been on top, the best chance of the game falls to Wycombe.

A corner comes to Tyreeq Bakinson at the back stick and he's unmarked but his header deflects off a body on the way through to Bolton keeper Nathan Baxter.

    That was a good opportunity.

  2. Postpublished at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Safe to say Bolton have been the better of the two sides so far. The visitors have had 65% possession and two shots.

Wycombe have just had their first of the game - a tame header towards goal from outside the area by Cameron Humphreys and it's straight at keeper Nathan Baxter.

The Chairboys know they're in a game tonight.

  3. CLOSE!published at 20:05 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Crewe 0-0 Colchester

A bit of sustained pressure from the hosts for the first time tonight as Alex force two corners in a minute.

The second of which is well caught by U's keeper Matt Macey, who sets up a quick counter attack which leads to Harry Anderson shooting wide of the far post for the visitors.

There's been a presence to Bolton so far, they're taking the game to Wycombe.

It's been a bright and bubbly start, Bolton are playing with a spirit.

  5. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:03 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-0 Peterborough

Oscar Wallin is into the book for Peterborough for a heavy challenge on Stockport's Kyle Wootton midway inside the Posh half.

  6. Postpublished at 20:02 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 0-0 Cheltenham

Gills goalkeeper Glenn Morris faints to hit the ball long but then draws a dummy and dribbles past Cheltenham's Ethon Archer to cheers of "England's number 1" from the home faithful.

At the other end, a long diagonal ball to the back post almost reaches the head of Gill forward Elliott Nevitt but full-back Arkell Jude-Boyd gets there first and does well to clear the danger.

This one is yet to catch fire in truth.

  7. Postpublished at 20:00 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-0 Peterborough

Just to clarify... Odin Bailey definitely got the slightest of touches on the free-kick from Louie Barry to put Stockport ahead.

  8. goal

GOAL: Cambridge 0-1 Huddersfieldpublished at 19:56 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    David Kasumu (12 mins)

    Huddersfield take the lead!

The Terriers win a corner and it's met by the head of Tom Lees whose effort is cleared off the line.

But David Kasumu is there to poke home the rebound from close-range.

  9. goal

GOAL: Stockport 1-0 Peterboroughpublished at 19:56 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Odin Bailey (11 mins)

    Breakthrough for Stockport!

County win a free-kick on the left edge of the area and Louie Barry fizzes it towards the far corner.

It goes straight through everyone and into the back of the net... but it looks like Odin Bailey just managed to get a flick and he's claiming it!

Either way, it's 1-0 to the hosts!

  10. CLOSE!published at 19:55 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 0-0 Peterborough

    Stockport almost take the lead!

Macauley Southam-Hales floats a lovely ball to the back stick and it's met by the head of Kyle Wootton who sends it back the way it came but it goes just wide.

After a cagey opening five minutes, the Gills get the first shooting chance of the match but Jack Nolan's left footed strike from range is blocked by the Cheltenham defence.

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Bolton work the first opening of the game as Aaron Collins bursts into the box on the right and fires a shot across goal.

It was sneaking in at the far post but Wycombe keeper Franco Ravizzoli makes a great save to tip it behind.

Harry Anderson gets down the right hand side for the visitors and puts a dangerous looking ball into the middle but it is grasped at the second attempt by Crewe goalkeeper Filip Marschall.

  19. In-form Gills and Robins meet at Priestfieldpublished at 19:43 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham v Cheltenham (19:45 GMT)

Gillingham continue their League Two campaign tonight with a home fixture against Cheltenham Town.

Mark Bonner's side have won 1-0 in back-to-back games against MK Dons and Salford City and a third league win a row would take the Gills up three places into the League Two play-off places tonight.

Cheltenham also arrive to Priestfield on the back of back-to-back wins against Morecambe and Cambridge United in all competitions and a win would take Michael Flynn's side level on points with tonight's opponents on to 29 points.

The Robins' 2-0 win over Morecambe last Saturday included a goal from 21-year-old Saint Lucian international full-back Arkell Jude-Boyd, who has starred since arriving from Queens Park Rangers in the summer.

Cambridge United and Huddersfield Town meet for the first time in almost 21 years tonight with both sides at opposite ends of the League One table.

The U's have narrowly avoided relegation in the previous two seasons and are in the battle for survival again this time around, sitting four points from safety in 22nd.

However, Garry Monk's side have improved on their poor start to the season which saw them lose eight of their first nine with just two defeats in the 10 games that have followed (W4 D4), including a valuable point at high-flying Wrexham last time out.

The Terriers are in excellent form and unbeaten in their past 10 games (W7 D3).

Michael Duff's men had won four on the bounce before a 2-2 draw at home to Lincoln last weekend but are in fourth position and firmly in the race for promotion.
