  1. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Cambridge 0-3 Huddersfield

Huddersfield are cruising towards another three points.

Cambridge started brightly but David Kasumu got the ball rolling for the Terriers when he poked home from close-range after Tom Lees saw his header cleared off the line.

The visitors then scored twice in six minutes to put the game almost beyond doubt.

First Brodie Spencer nodded home in the 32nd minute before Callum Marshall bundled in on the rebound after Ben Wiles hit the bar.

  2. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

    All square at the break.

Odin Bailey flicked Stockport in front from Louie Barry's free-kick but Joel Randall fired Peterborough level after good work down the right from Cian Hayes.

A good game at Edgeley Park and all to play for in the second half.

  3. CLOSE!published at 20:31 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 1-1 Cheltenham

Excellent work from Gillingham's Aaron Rowe who creates half a yard for himself to shoot from 20 yards out.

His low drive looks destined for the bottom corner but Cheltenham keeper Joe Day does much better this time to beat the ball away out of danger for a throw in.

  4. Postpublished at 20:30 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

Great game in this first period, it must be said. Both sides pushing to go in front as we approach the end of the half.

  5. Postpublished at 20:29 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Bolton started well at Adams Park but it's been half-an-hour since their last attempt at goal.

Wycombe have done well to take hold of the game but the league leaders are yet to create any clear chances.

Birmingham City fans will be hoping it stays like this...

  6. Postpublished at 20:28 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Crewe 0-0 Colchester

Max Conway and Shilow Tracey take on Teddy BishopImage source, Rex Features

Not a whole lot of goalmouth chances at Gresty Road in the first half so far.

Danny Cowley may argue that his visiting Colchester side should be ahead though as Harry Anderson continues to cause the Crewe defence problems.

He is just unable to get on to the end of a cross with Crewe's Max Conway turning the ball away for a corner as Anderson looked to pounce.

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:27 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

Cian Hayes is a handful. The Peterborough wide man with yet more tricky work on the right.

He fires an effort from the angle but it flies into the side-netting.

  8. CLOSE!published at 20:25 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-1 Peterborough

Louie Barry does well to create an opening after squeezing between two Peterborough defenders into the penalty area but he bends his curling effort just wide of the far post.

  9. goal

GOAL: Cambridge 0-3 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Callum Marshall (38 mins)

Oh dear. This is going from bad to worse for Cambridge.

Danny Ward makes a great run down the right wing and crosses in for Ben Wiles who hammers a header into the crossbar.

But it falls for Callum Marshall and he's able to scramble it over the line.

It might already be game over before half-time.

  10. Postpublished at 20:23 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Wycombe win a free-kick in a promising position inside the Bolton half... but Luke Leahy floats it all the way through to the keeper. Bit of a waste.

  11. goal

GOAL: Gillingham 1-1 Cheltenhampublished at 20:22 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Luke Young (36 mins)

What a goal! Pick that one out!

Cheltenham have a free-kick far out from the left hand side of the area.

Luke Young raises his left-hand to suggest he will swing the ball into the middle but instead curls in an absolute beauty into the top corner of the Gillingham net via the inside of the post, leaving Gills keeper Glenn Morris absolutely helpless.

David Beckham would have been proud of that one.

  12. goal

GOAL: Stockport 1-1 Peterboroughpublished at 20:19 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Joel Randall (34 mins)

    All square!

Some great work by Cian Hayes on the right-hand side as he weaves between two Stockport defenders and then squares it for Joel Randall to fire home.

A first real opening for Peterborough and they're back on level terms.

  13. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:18 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 1-0 Cheltenham

Cheltenham full-back Arkell Jude-Boyd is the first man in the referee's notebook for a late hack from behind on Gillingham's Aaron Rowe.

  14. goal

GOAL: Cambridge 0-2 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:17 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Brodie Spencer (32 mins)

Huddersfield double their advantage and it's Brodie Spencer with his second goal in two games!

Callum Marshall puts a ball into the box and Spencer is there to nod it home.

  15. CLOSE!published at 20:16 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Gillingham 1-0 Cheltenham

So close to Cheltenham making an instant response!

Good work down the right hand side from Jordan Thomas allows Joel Colwill a free shot on goal inside the area but the Cardiff loanee drags his shot agonisingly wide of the far post.

    Great opportunity spurned.

  16. Postpublished at 20:15 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Stockport 1-0 Peterborough

Almost a complete calamity for Stockport but they get away with it.

Goalkeeper Ben Hinchliffe gives it away on the edge of the area but Peterborough fail to capitalise as Lewis Bate rushes back in for County to snuff out the chance.

  17. Postpublished at 20:13 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Cambridge 0-1 Huddersfield

Cambridge work the ball forward nicely with a neat move. Dan Nlundulu tees up Jordan Cousins but he can't get enough power on his shot and it's comfortable for Jacob Chapman in the Huddersfield goal.

  18. Postpublished at 20:11 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Bolton's Gethin Jones challenges Wycombe's Fred OnyedinmaImage source, PA Media

Bolton defender Gethin Jones takes a bit of a risk as he appears to push Wycombe forward Fred Onyedinma to the ground inside the penalty area but the ref waves play on. Seen them given...

  19. goal

GOAL: Gillingham 1-0 Cheltenhampublished at 20:09 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Jayden Clarke (24 mins)

    The hosts hit the front!

Great individual work from Elliott Nevitt on the left hand side allows him to drive in field.

His shot is parried out back into danger by Town goalkeeper Joe Day and Jayden Clarke is on hand to side foot the rebound home from six yards out for his seventh league goal of the season.

  20. Postpublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 20 December

    Wycombe 0-0 Bolton

Wycombe drive forward again with Fred Onyedinma before he squares it to Cameron Humphreys who tries a clever flick but it's cut out.

The hosts just reminding us why they are top of League One.
