Leeds have the best three wide players in the division by a country mile.

Dan James could be the best attacking player in the Championship.

I think we are seeing the best of him now.

He does not need that long in the game to make his mark.

More from Pompey CEO Andrew Cullen talking to BBC Radio Solent:

"I can’t speculate at this time but what we can say is that Fratton Park is served by a sub station and it has been identified that one of the fuse boards had blown.

"The problem is that we don’t have any access to that sub station so our maintenance team weren’t able to get into there to try and resolve the situation themselves.

"We need to do a lot more to find out what caused that to happen, both teams were desperate to play the game so I’m really conscious and upset for the supporters from both teams who made the trip.

"It’s not great and I can only apologise to both sets of supports and those who travelled."

  12. 'Only logical decision' - Pompey CEOpublished at 21:48 Greenwich Mean Time

Portsmouth CEO Andrew Cullen has been speaking to BBC Radio Solent after their game against Millwall was postponed earlier tonight amid a power cut at Fratton Park.

"We got to a point where the floodlights were back on but there was still an issue with non-emergency lighting and CCTV so we had a decision to make in terms of crowd safety," he said.

"There’s more to this than just 22 players on the football pitch. We had a capacity crowd here tonight and we did not have confidence that we could get through a whole game with some lighting not working in the stands.

"Then we got to 8:30 and then we had a further problem which was the last trains going back to London for the Millwall supporters, and they would not have been able to get those back so a decision had to be made.

"I’m incredibly disappointed and I’m upset that we had to call the game off but it was the only logical decision at that time to do in the interests of everyone’s safety."

    Cardiff 0-2 QPR

The first goals in a QPR shirt for Zan Celar, a second win of the season and they're off the bottom of the Championship.

The Slovenian turned brilliantly in the first half to lash a shot past Jak Alnwick before in second-half injury time racing clear to finish coolly.

But Rangers will be thankful to goalkeeper Paul Nardi for keeping a third clean sheet of the campaign as he superbly denied Perry Ng, Joel Bagan, Callum Robinson and Rubin Colwill.

A first victory for QPR since 30 August.

For Cardiff it's now four without a win and three defeats in that run - food for thought for the hierarchy as they consider a permanent head coach appointment.

He hadn't scored all season and missed a penalty at the weekend but now Zan Celar has two goals tonight.

Cardiff are pressuring but the move breaks down - Harrison Ashby hits a beautiful ball over the top and the Slovenian runs clear to dink the ball over Jak Alnwick.

The points are heading back to the capital.
