Arsenal fan Harry Symeou speaking to BBC Sport on Champions League ambitions: "I think if you compete right at the top of the Premier League, which Arsenal have done for the last three seasons now, I think you have to believe that you can win the Champions League. Now, it's not that straightforward, it's a competition where experience comes into play.
"You also have teams like Real Madrid who have been there and done that, and a manager who has been there and done it as well. But what's the point of turning up if you don't believe you can win although there is a part of me that thinks, oh god, we might face Real Madrid if we get the job done against PSV, there is also a part of me that is buzzing because that's exactly what the Champions League is about."

Arsenal fans do realise that PSV have scored 71 goals in the Eredivisie after only 23 games…not to be under estimated.

Liverpool have not won any of their last five away games against French clubs. The last time they did pick up an away win in the Champions League against French opposition was in 2008 when they beat Marseille 2-1.
While that stat goes against Liverpool, there is a more pleasing one for fans relating to their manager Arne Slot.
Slot is unbeaten against French opposition in European competition.
Liverpool and PSG are facing one another in the knockout stages of a European competition for the first time since they played one another in the semi-final of the Cup Winners Cup in 1996-97.
PSG won on that occasion with an aggregate score of 3-2.
The match will also be just the third time they have played on another in the Champions League. The 2018-19 group stage saw both teams pick up a win against each other.

Given how PSV and Club Brugge are playing, I'd say all the English clubs got tricky draws. But this is the Champions League and you have to beat the best to be the best. Think Liverpool will be pleased to have a big opponent, always brings out the best of them in the Champions League
