  4. Can Arteta break Arsenal's League Cup hoodoo?published at 18:44 GMT 29 October

For a club of Arsenal's size with 13 league titles and a record 14 FA Cups, their lack of success in the League Cup is surprising.

The last time Arsenal lifted the League Cup was over 30 years ago in 1993, beating Sheffield Wednesday 2-1 and then their only other win came against Liverpool in 1987 by the same scoreline.

Last season the Gunners were knocked out by eventual winners Newcastle United at the semi-final stage and they last reached the final in 2018 when they were comprehensively beaten 3-0 by Manchester City.

Can Mikel Arteta's side carry on their promising form this season and potentially achieve a feat even legendary boss Arsene Wenger never managed?
