    Scottish Premiership

Celtic's win over Hibs stretches the reigning champions' lead to nine points over Aberdeen after the Dons were held at home by St Johnstone.

Rangers are now five behind Aberdeen before facing Ross County tomorrow.

Hearts move off the bottom after their win over Dundee, with Edinburgh rivals Hibs taking their place.

  3. FULL-TIME Dundee United 1-1 Kilmarnockpublished at 17:00 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December

Quite a dramatic end at Tannadice as Bruce Anderson's stoppage-time penalty cancels out Sam Dalby's opener.

It ends honours even, which will frustrate United after they created most of the chances and took the lead.

  4. FULL-TIME - Aberdeen 1-1 St Johnstonepublished at 17:00 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December

Leighton Clarkson's second-half goal cancels out Makenzie Kirk's opener before the break for Saints.

A draw is probably a fair result after a scrappy game. That's now five without a win for Aberdeen in the Premiership.

It's one win in six for St Johnstone, but a good point on the road.

  5. FULL-TIME St Mirren 0-1 Motherwellpublished at 17:00 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December

What a way to win it! It looked for most of that game like St Mirren were the more likely of the teams to snatch a victory in Paisley, but Tony Watt's header sends all three points back to Motherwell.

A welcome relief for Stuart Kettlewell after three games without a win.

Hearts move off the bottom of the Premiership with their first win in six games thanks to Lawrence Shankland ending his goalscoring drought.

The Hearts captain had gone 12 games without a goal before his first-half double put Neil Critchley's side in a comfortable position.

The Tynecastle side leapfrog Edinburgh rivals Hibs and Kilmarnock to rise up to 10th while Dundee drop to sixth.

  18. Possible Kilmarnock penaltypublished at 16:53 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December

    Dundee United 1-0 Kilmarnock

Substitute Gary Mackay-Steven's free-kick into the Dundee United box allows Kilmarnock to exert some pressure and there are claims for a penalty as Richard Odada seems to connect with Bobby Wales the act of clearing.

    Heart of Midlothian 2-0 Dundee

That's maybe the best chance Dundee have had all game - and it could have set up a very tense finale.

A free-kick from the right is floated to the back post, where Antonio Portales meets it, but from two yards out he heads way over.

A real let off for the Hearts.

  20. Postpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December

    Aberdeen 1-1 St Johnstone

Lewis Neilson makes a really good sliding challenge to take the ball away from Aberdeen forward Vicente Besuijen.

The Dutchman rides the challenge but jars his knee when landing and is in some discomfort.
