Bournemouth manager Andoni Iraola: "At the end you have lost the game and it is always ugly when you complain after you have lost the game. But the truth is, we should have been 2-0 up after the first half.

"Especially the first goal that VAR overturned, it was a rebound and he is not the one scoring the goal. According to the rules, it is not on purpose just a rebound and after the play keeps going there is a pass and another player scores and VAR to overturn it. I don't understand it.

"The second goal is obviously a big, big, big mistake. You whistle the foul, in two seconds there is a goal, and then you can see it in the replay there is no foul.

"Obviously you can't give the goal because you have whistled and that is a big, big mistake that has cost us a lot.

"It's true that he [the referee] makes his [Premier League] debut. He may be very good, we don't know the level. But obviously he has had a very bad game. I don't know if it was difficult but obviously he has not had a good first game.

"Probably he is a very good referee and after he makes good decisions and has a long career in the Premier League and referees for a lot of years. But it is true his first game was not good in my opinion."

On whether Dominic Solanke should make the England squad: "I don't know what more he can do. He is playing very well and he scored a great header today. But it is not just about the finishing, it's about everything else he gives to the team.

"I think he's very complete and I think he will be there. He has been really consistent and proven he is a very good player."

Luton manager Rob Edwards to Match of the Day: "I was emotional at the end with the way our supporters reacted. I can only say thanks to the players, the staff and our fans. We haven't got over the line but we've done it before and we can be back here again.

"It's a world all about results but our fans have shown understanding, compassion and total support. There is a connection and a bond that you can see. That doesn't happen very often.

"We have grown so much, this club is only going in one direction. The growth this team have shown makes me really proud. I do care about how we go about it and to show the competitive nature we have been able to bring to the league makes us all better.

"In the end it's just been too much for us."

Burnley

Burnley manager Vincent Kompany, speaking to BBC Sport after his side were relegated back to the Championship: "It's way too early to answer if I'd have done things differently.

"I'm constantly thinking about what we could do better right now and before.

"But if you treat it as something which improves you, us as a club and a group of players, there is a lot of value in what we have experienced this season."

If you're wondering why all this 3pm reaction is coming so late compared to normal, it's because most teams were having post-match ceremonies on the pitch following their final home game of the season. So the interviews didn't happen until after all that.

Wolves

Wolves boss Gary O'Neil to BBC Match of the Day: "We beat ourselves really in the first half wehn we gave ourselves a mountain to climb. We started the game well but we allowed Palace to press us high up the pitch. You could feel it in the stadium and Palace started to grow from it. We've had an incredible season apart from today. Lots of positives but we can't keep talking about how well we've done. We need to find ways to go about it slightly differently. We have a lot of work done between now and the end of the season.

"Great response in the second half. We had momentum but the third goal for them kills the game off. We haven't quite reached the level we are at at the start of the season.

"There's a lot of reasons for the drop off. It's the smallest squad in the league and young. Pedro Neto has been injured. We haven't been able to name our front three together. We can get better at decision making and errors on the ball. I'm pleased we've seen the flaws. We can learn some stuff and there's a lot to learn. Maybe we are easier to play against.

"We have a big game at Anfield next week. The fans have great perspective here. They understand the work that's been done in difficult circumstances."

Everton

"If you remember Doucoure on Harry Kane last season I don't think there was as much in that and he still went [was sent off] for that. I don't personally want to see players be sent off. I like physicality in the game and I think it is dying out and it shouldn't be. But on this occasion it was too obvious and aggressive, and for the modern game it was a red card. You don't want to see it, but the way the game is now, you've got to try and be purer than pure."

On Arsenal next week:"They are all big games. We try to make it our mentality that every game is a big game and as Everton manager every game the club is involved in is a big game. It's fair to say who knows what comes next with what they are doing, but in terms of themselves we are going to go down there and try to put in a performance and continue what we are doing."

Everton

Everton boss Sean Dyche speaking to BBC Match of the Day: "Satisfied with the win to be honest. It was a strange game really, thought we were pretty decent in the second half but it kind of fizzled out really. Another clean sheet and another win, that has been an important factor this season - clean sheets and finding goals when it matters.

On winning the final home game of the campaign: "The fans have earned the right to enjoy it, not just the team. The fans have joined in with the team and stuck by us during difficult times this season, not only on the pitch but off it at times too. And they are still there. It was nice for the players to be able to do a lap at the end there to show their appreciation. The last couple of seasons have been so fraught. All that went on it is nice to get the job done early doors and the players can enjoy it. They have deserved it too.

On Calvert-Lewin's assist for the winner: "Very pleased, very pleased. Dom has worked very hard again today, finds an assist and Douc is on the spot. Some nice moments in the pockets but we couldn't find that next chance for another goal. Overall I am pleased with the win and us showing that winning mentality.

On not finding the second goal: "Yeah sure, but credit to them [Sheffield United], they are fighting for their pride now and they did. It was hard to break down their defensive shape at times but we did find ways and chances. At the end of the day the players have put a lot of effort into the season so I'm not going to question too much today, it's another win.

On the Calvert-Lewin and Robinson incident: "The officials' performance was interesting today I thought. I don't know what the rules suggest but when the game is going on and their player does that [pushes Calvert-Lewin in the chest] I would suggest that is it unusual. They said it wasn't a push in the face so it's acceptable. I don't think that we would like to think that is acceptable across football at large. But anyways that's how it is in the modern game and I am learning about it and the officials every week."

Chelsea have conceded at least once in their last 15 Premier League away games, their longest ever run in a single season in the competition.

Luton Town

Luton striker Carlton Morris to Match of the Day: "It's a fresh wound right now, it's upsetting and the dressing room is down. The lads care, they have given absolutey everything and I couldn't ask for any more from anyone this season.

"I am proud to lead these boys out and some of the performances we have done this season. The reaction from the fans at the end is incredible, it's what this club is about and what got us here in the first place. There hasn't been one second when the fans have turned on us this season, even when we have deserved it.

"We were written off at the start of the season but it shows the character we have to bring something to the division. We've scored goals, we've been on the front foot and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. We can be proud of ourselves and we can bounce back."

Burnley

"Today the Premier League is over but tomorrow we start day one of doing everything we can to get back to the Premier League.

"The game has gone a bit like others have gone for us this season. We created chances but the one where we missed the final pass.

"I'm not here sulking and feeling sorry for us but if you take every game, every season as a learning experience, this is step we need to get into our game."

It's 8-1 on shots to Forest. Chelsea scored with their only chance.

Luton Town

Luton manager Rob Edwards: "I'm an emotional person and walking over to our supporters and seeing their reaction brought me to tears. The love and affection they have given us, which goes both ways and is unique in football these days. I feel devastated, I didn't want to let anyone down and I feel responsible. I thanked the players and staff, they've given me the best 18 months of my life.

"We brought a certain spirit, the underdog factor and we changed opinions of ourselves as we went. What makes me proud is how much we have improved in the hardest league in the world.

"We have some what ifs but I'm not making excuses. Every team who goes down will have them. We have fallen short but we have to learn and keep improving.

"I am learning all the time and there is more I don't know than I do know. I've loved going up against the best and it makes me hungry to be here again. The fire is burning."

Crystal Palace

Jean-Philippe Mateta to BBC Match of the Day: "I'm very happy, we have a good result and we'll keep doing this until the last game.

"In the game, when you have chances and you score, it gives a good feeling to the team. It makes you keep running and you do more and more.

"We can beat anybody and you need to act fast after the result.

On 13 Premier League goals: "I don't have a number in my head but I just know to score more and more. Just score."

Chelsea keeper Djordje Petrovic flaps at Danilo's corner - although he does make contact - and Chris Wood heads over a near empty net.

Entertaining game. Danilo pulls it back for Ryan Yates, whose shot hits a Chelsea player and goes over the bar for a corner.

Crystal Palace

Crystal Palace boss Oliver Glasner to BBC Match of the Day: "It was very tough today, we had a little problem coming into the game. We had the injury to Will Hughes after 10 minutes but we scored two really nice goals in the first half. We knew Wolves would try to come back and this is what happened in the second half. We got the third goal. We work very hard as a team. Everyone was here for the team, it was a great effort."

On Ahamada red card: "I have not seen it. It is the decision of the referee and we accept it. We did the best to bring the win home and that's what we did."

On defensive structure: "Everyone talks about our scoring and we create a lot of chances. But we kept the opposite team to less than 10 shots. We have a lot of quality in offence and have runners left and right. The defensive structure was really good today. Everyone wants to score and have good defensive structure. We struggled a bit in set plays but we did everything else well. The win was deserved."

On Olise and Eze: "They have a lot of qualities. They are great players and can score goals. The first goal is Munoz running, giving Olise the chance to run inside and score the goal. The second goal is Clyne makes the sprint in behind. They have the quality but every goal has the guys who create the chances."

Chelsea have conceded 60 top-flight goals in a single season for the first time since 1991-92, pre-Premier League days.
